Subway is running a 6.99 meal deal until 12/26/24, which is any 6 inch sub, chips or 2 cookies and a drink. But at this store the young male employee told me no, he doesn't know anything about this 6.99 meal deal nor has he been told about it. So he charged me 8.65 for my 6 inch sub. I got my phone showed him the meal deal advertised and he refused to correct it by honoring the advertised meal deal and also refused to refund me my money back, stated that he's not authorized to correct the order like I first asked for or to open the register to refund money back. No manager on duty just the 1 employee here.told him to call the manager on the phone and the manager on the refused to correct the issue as well after he told the employee that yes the 6.99 meal deal was correct and he should have sold that to me. Employee told manager you never told me that. I am waiting here in the store for the manager to come and refund me my money back. Said I had to wait an hour if I want my refund. This is totally unexceptable for subway to treat their customers this way. Never will be back here to this ridiculous subway store.

I had ordered on uber eats, it took almost on an hour my first driver cancelled because they took to long for two sandwich’s that where half’s. When I called to see what was taking so long they said they were waiting on bread. So for a whole hour I was waiting on my food.

Had an online order for 1pm. On arriving at 1pm. Order not even started. No customers in line. Employee was in back. Took 10 minutes to make 2 subs. 1 sub missing olives. I'll use another subway next time.

Felt bad for the girl working she was the only one, toaster didn’t work so couldn’t order chicken. Provided the $6.99 footlong code from the website and asked the employee if it was applied and she said yes, got the receipt and it was not. Will not be back to this subway.

They always mess up my order, but i still put up with it, last time when I tried to cancel an order cause the guy was going slower then hell he told me he couldn't void it and it had to be through the app. Can't cancel through the app so he made me late. Got charged and didn't get my food. Put on a beard net too, disgusting place.

Thomas and Jessica are angels. They are great with our sandwiches every time we stop in for lunch and their customer services is excellent. They are so respectful and give us quality food. Really thankful for them and that subway!

Just wanted to compliment Jessica who waited on me. Very friendly and suggested something new that I had not thought of. The young man working was friendly as well. He was going to go ahead and ring me up but Jessica said no we are visiting! Just very engaging. I don’t often see this in the fast food industry.

Made an online order for 4 footlong sandwiches at the one inside Walmart. Went to pick up the guy said it wasn't this location and had no orders so I left to check other location and was told it wasn't that one. I knew it was the Walmart one bit he said no so I went back again and told him it was the correct address and I paid 50$ and wanted my food. He's a new kid who's manager left him by himself and he had no clue how to even look for online orders so he had to call the manager by phone to see how to find them, meanwhile the lines getting long and im still waiting. Finally figures it out and had to male all my food while he has 3 people waiting. Then he barely put any meant or anything in my sandwiches and got 2 of them mixed up and done incorrectly. It wasn't his fault, the manager should have never left him alone if he clearly didn't know what he was doing and needed help. That's very unprofessional and inconsiderate of the employee. I felt bad for him but he really tried and kept apologizing. I don't blame him, I blame poor management.

Pretty sure the workers were high. I waited 35 minutes while she worked on online orders that were there after i arrived. Ended up leaving, wouldn’t go unless you have a spare hour.

To start with, I have visited this location a few times due to convince. Every time I have visited this location either the "sandwich artist" doesn't know what goes on the sandwich I ordered or I have to repeat myself a good few times. I have also noticed that this location doesn't cover the veggies and they always look dried out or past their shelf date. The manager otherwise known as "young blood" was quite rude not only to myself but her coworker publicly admonishing him for being slow on the line, this location is the only one where I have problems getting exactly what I ordered let alone the smaller staples like drinks, chips or cookies and have to remind the staff about giving me the cups or otherwise. The prices are inflated in comparison to brick and mortar stores too. I do not recommend this location and recommend the location at Hwy90 and 471.

This place treated us like we were an inconvenience for Alex to have to serve. My family knows Alex personally and because of this he didn't even ask us how we wanted our sandwiches. Used the excuse that they changed the way they did things but asked every single other customer after us, how they wanted their sandwiches. It doesn't matter if you have personal issues with a customer or not when you're working and that person is a customer you treat them with respect regardless. I will not be going to this subway ever again as long as Alex is working there.

It's not like it used to be. Everything got turned upside down. I dont know what subway was thinking doing what they did to this place. You place the order THEN they make the food... umm why? This isnt a McDonald's, its SUBWAY! The old subway restaurant was set up in a great way. Left to right, tell them what you want as their making it. It's that easy. Now It's right to left, where you tell them what you want, then they make it. It's a waste of time and super inefficient! And what if I want to change my order?I'm allready going to watch you as you make my food. Thats the fun of subway. Completely ruined the classic subway experience. Would not recommend eating here. Not because the food is bad, but because the system is broken.
