Saturday, 9/21/25 at 10am -the service was AWFUL IN THE DRIVE THROUGH. We watched 4 cars drive off without food, including us. 25 minute wait, both lanes were backing up and they asked 3 times what we ordered and finally said they needed to take our order again because they couldn’t find it. (She couldn’t remember after each time she asked.) Someone needs to up their management skills. Hopefully not all shifts are like this, but we’ll drive to Hondo or go to another drive through from now on.

Order took over 25 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches. Asked the girl in the drive through how much longer she said less than a min and we proceed to have to wait an additional 10 + minutes. Wouldn't recommend this location.

The food was delightful, and the service was excellent. Everyone I encountered was polite and well-mannered.
Burger was good but ingredients all to sise of the burger? Like it had been dropped or something an we were dine in.

I used their app to place my order. Everything came as ordered except for two things: I ordered 3 sweet teas and got 3 UNSWEET teas 😡 Also one hamburger had lettuce on it when I ordered it without ordering it to be on there. The lettuce is no big deal but the unsweetened tea made me mad as we were out of sugar at home. It was a BIG disappointment. We picked up the order curbside. The bill was over $50.00. Being on a small, limited income I have to be careful with my money. Next time I guess we'll have to go in. Being disabled, this is very inconvenient for me.

Place is alway's clean! Food is alway's hot & delicious! Plenty of parking.
We moved to Castroville in Feb. of this year and this Whataburger was right around the corner from our house. They've always had great, fresh food. We've ordered patty melts, cheeseburgers, just burgers, salads, taquitos, B.O.B.'s, etc. Basically everything! Again, thanks to our hometown, small town Whataburger!!!

Went through the Drive thru. Ordered 1 meal and 1 extra sandwich to share. Checked the bag it was missing 1 item. Went inside to get the item. Tell me why none of the food is actually hot. 😩 $21.74 for Luke warm meat and soggy fries.

Not so excited tonight 6/29/25. I live 11 minutes away and my burger was cold plus the fries. I've ordered before from the Whataburger in Lytle TX and drove home and it's still warm and juicy. This was cold and dry. Not to mention the line was long and y'all had no customer's really inside
I wish all Whataburgers were as friendly and professional as small town Whataburgers. This one is exceptionally good at what they do. Clean, quality food, great customer service.
