They used to be very good about giving fresh chicken but here lately they have been selling us old dried out chicken. That's not ok at all! You can even see in the pictures provided that chicken is NASTY and dry!

So tonight we’re on a budget so we decided to eat at Whataburger . It’s always good but coming into a location of consistency food wise. It is always a pleasure when the customer service is a plus and despite being his first day, Diego was as much help to us and was very kind and very patient with us. I had an absolutely incredible experience today, unlike anything I’ve ever had before. Des at the front went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and valued. Her patience, kindness, and genuine attentiveness reflected the love and warmth we are called to share with one another. She not only listened but made me feel truly heard and cared for.
It’s rare to encounter someone who embodies such a Christ-like spirit—full of grace, compassion, and joy in serving others. This experience has left me deeply grateful and inspired to return, knowing that such genuine care and hospitality await. For the most part, good food and service. I just have to point out that for the second time in a row, I ordered coffee from this location and it is absolutely awful. Tastes very sour and overly strong. Not even cream and or sugar could help!! Definitely need to change the coffee!! Very disappointing.
Whataburger now requires you to download their app for curbside pickup. As if that wasn’t bad enough, it requires you to create an account to even check in, even after you’ve placed an order. Just give me my food without having to do all the extra nonsense! As if that wasn’t bad enough, I had to sit and wait another 15 min for my food. What’s the point of ordering online if you’re just going to have to wait anyway!!
