Pud’s Cup of Mud is an absolute gem! High quality coffee and food, and friendly service! My favorites are the Willie Jack (Skoden!) the chorizo egg and cheese and the migas breakfast tacos. Looking forward to going back for the brisket!

I've loved the grab and go breakfast tacos this week! Please stay open before 7am!
this little food truck is an oasis! the coffee is phenomenal, and the food is outstanding! pud smokes his own brisket and it is absolutely on point! it was so delicious in my breakfast taco! they have a comfortable seating area and a drive through, so you can’t go wrong! we will be back!

Loved my hot lavender latte with oat milk (the Willie Jack) - perfect amount of sweetness and coffee taste. Also had a great sausage/egg/cheese taco, waited for both in a dry, covered seating area on a rainy morning. Pud and his co-worker were friendly and warm. Definitely returning to this spot!

Today’s breakfast- hot lavender oat latte and sausage/egg/cheese taco were so good and I’m looking forward to returning!
