First time customer. Tonight I tried the costilla de puerco (pork ribs). About the sauce: ribs were cooked in a rich verde sauce, mild heat, mildly sour, but pleasant, tangy, not acidic. The fat from the fall-off-the bone ribs and slight caramelization of the meat gave everything just the right consistency and taste. The rice was better than most places (soft but not mushy).
