We were deeply disappointed with our recent experience with this establishment. Our anticipation for a special cake, purchased by my sister for my daughter's birthday, was met with frustration and dismay as the cake failed to materialize. Shockingly, we only discovered the cancellation of our order at the last moment, without any prior notification or explanation.
