This location is very hit or miss. The location is nice, the store is nice, and the staff is polite but it is very hit or miss on your order. I always order (today was the fourth time) a golden hash brown wake up wrap with white cheddar. I have had to ask them to remake it every single time because they auto pilot to American. The French crueller was soggy and gross. The service was polite and efficient, actually great. I went back around and got a Boston cream and it was sweet and tasted fresh.
Service is slow and the location is always out of items.

Dunkin' stands out with its exceptional morning employee, who provides top-notch service, being highly professional, kind, and efficient. Customers can expect a quick and friendly experience, with a short wait time. The food & coffee is absolutely delicious and the service is great. The cake was delicious and orders are fulfilled in a timely manner. The person taking orders can be very patient. However, it's notable that they often lack decaf coffee options. Despite this, the food and drinks are consistently great, and the interior and exterior of the restaurant are well-maintained.
