I love dunkin and also work in the food industry to know how much of a pain it is to have customers come in at the last minute. With that being said, it is advertised that the Dunkin drive thru is open until 10 PM and yet every single time I come, it is closed by 8pm and an automated message plays. When I get out of line and go inside, the workers have had their bluetooth connected and blasting tiktoks on their store speakers on two different occasions. First time me and my daughter had Dunkin’ Donuts, and the donut holes and bacon was not what we expected. It was okay but wasn’t worth the $4 for each item. Customer service was dry as well. The guy at the window wasn’t very welcoming and after paying and handing the bags to us, He shuts the window and walks away. Not a have a great day or thank you for stopping by. Won’t be back at all.

Dunkin' stands out with its exceptional morning employee, who provides top-notch service, being highly professional, kind, and efficient. Customers can expect a quick and friendly experience, with a short wait time. The food & coffee is absolutely delicious and the service is great. The cake was delicious and orders are fulfilled in a timely manner. The person taking orders can be very patient. However, it's notable that they often lack decaf coffee options. Despite this, the food and drinks are consistently great, and the interior and exterior of the restaurant are well-maintained.
