My ice cream cake was not ready at the time I scheduled to pick it up. The staff apologized and they were very kind in handling the situation. They compensated us with another cake to hold us over for our party. I appreciate them trying to help us even though it wasn't what we ordered. We were eventually able to get our original cake.
I stopped in around 7:15pm on 9/1 to grab some ice cream. When I walked in there were three associates behind the counter, one sitting on the counter with his back to the customers. After I stood at the ice cream counter for a couple of minutes, he finally came over. He just stared at me for a few seconds, no greeting or "How can I assist you". I asked him if he was ready for me and, clearly annoyed by my observation of his lack of customer service, he proceeded to fill my order...read full review
