Went in on a Wednesday evening during the Christmas shopping season. Traffic was heavy to get there and parking is hard to find. However the restaurant staff were very welcoming and friendly. Alcoholic drinks were creative with numerous options. Bartender and manager discussed with me my preferences on alcohol and made a gin drink that was perfect! Went for my cousin's birthday the atmosphere was nice. The service was good, took longer than normal to receive our food and checks. The restaurant was not packed with people. The food was ok depending on what you got. The seating was uncomfortable if you sat in the booth. No combination meals everything was al cart. The prices were a bit pricey. They played great music.
My family and I love Soul Shack! Hands down the BEST atmosphere, food, service, music and parking located in the southwest suburbs. This is an awesome team of professionals. Our go to for fine dining.
