The service was courteous, but the ice cream was disappointing. Even though it was afternoon, no one had turned on the heat for the hot fudge and caramel. This meant my 2-scoop sundae was incomplete. The caramel syrup we used instead was nasty, and the chocolate ice cream in the rocky road tasted off. I threw most of it out.

I came to this location for the first time today and was met with a friendly smile from the staff as soon as I walked in. Franchesca Helped me today, she was very nice and friendly and made great conversation while I was picking my ice cream. I would definitely come back to this location for excellent service and fantastic ice cream! Thank you Franchesca!

The people were very sweet but they are very lacking in options right now. They also recently have my kids mismatched heads and tails on their creations. A turtle head and dolphin tail. The ice cream is pretty good though.
