We arrived around 8:00pm on a Sunday evening... staff was super friendly. We got a couple of pints to go (pistachio and nutty coconut), fast, cheerful service... in and out in less than 10 minutes. Ice cream was great! Good experience! Recommend this location...

Consistently clean tables.
Good service.
There's a lady who decorates cakes who I could watch all day. Very zen.
Only quibble is this location doesn't have chocolate fudge (lost a star for that).
Oh, and the parking lot and traffic are too often very difficult and even dangerous, but that's not the franchisee's fault.
Otherwise, my fave BR in the Austin metro area.
