Bitelo Brazilian Steakhouse

Four of us went on a Monday night and it wasn’t busy at all. This was my first time experiencing a Brazilian Steakhouse but my table mates all had been to one before. I was very impressed how clean and shiny everything was. The hostess brought us to our table, they pulled the chairs out for us and pushed them in when we sat. Andrea came over to explain how the process works with the red/green cards, go and stop for food. She also mentioned to go light on the salad since we would have so much food soon, we could always go back later. Our dinner would be “activated” once we got up for salads. The salad bar was perfect. I mean there was not a drop of dressing anywhere, every lettuce leaf and olive were where they should have been. I have never seen a perfect looking salad bar before. After salad, the meat began to glow and wow, it was amazing! They brought several options and all were amazing. The flavor was amazing on ever single one and the portions were the perfect size. I don’t know if it was because it wasn’t super busy when we went, but after we had everything they had to offer once, we were able to ask for more of our favorite. I was so full I couldn’t do anymore meat, however I asked for more of the pineapple it was so good. Believe it or not, there was dessert to be had. That was a total show too! You can see the videos on this review. Our table really enjoyed this whole experience and they said this was one of the best they have been to. When we were getting ready to leave, it was pouring! They let my husband borrow an umbrella to get to the car to come get us at the door. That was a nice touch. We will definitely be back and we all recommend it. I will be purchasing a gift card for my daughter and son in laws birthdays this month!

What a great experience!
The food was delicious! But the service was 10/10. I wish them the best in this location and hope to come back soon. Great wine selection and sides!

The best Brazilian steakhouse I’ve ever been to so far!! Great steaks , salad bar and atmosphere. Thank you, definitely will recommend to friends and family!

I think these people buy there way into the 5 star reviews. This brazilian steakhouse is terrible. So many other better brazilian steakhouses.

Everything was fresh, tasty, and the service was excellent. Any fans of estancia and fogo de chao will feel right at home. Same taste, quality, and service that you’re used to, if not better. Definitely recommend!!

Ordered takeout of picanha plates. It was unseasoned boiled meat. I saw other people's pictures of what they received from the same plate and there's was charred and had color. Ours had ZERO char or anything and on top of that no salt or any flavor. I am not joking it seemed like we were eating unseasoned boiled meat from water, the fat was not rendered at all it was not edible. I have tried many brazilian steakhouses and thought maybe these people do it differently? Although I did expect charred or grilled meat from a Brazilian steakhouse. I am almost certain this place messed up my order. It's one thing to have boiled meat but to have absolutely no seasoning not even a hint of salt...I got ripped off. Wasted almost $80 dollars for no reason. I rarely ever write negative reviews. My last negative reviews was almost 2 years ago. But I had to give this place a 1 star because that's ridiculous

We had an amazing experience overall. The restaurant has a terrific atmosphere. The service is beyond spectacular. And the food was all cooked to perfection. Great selection, wonderful taste. We celebrated our son's birthday & we were extremely happy with our choice.

Over the past year they’ve been open I’ve come here fairly often the service is incredible the servers are kind as well as fast.
The atmosphere is great they play music and the restaurant is dimly lit . As for the food it is truly incredible cooked perfectly and not too salty. I also come for their Brazilian cheese bread which is so so good overall I would recommend this place for family, friends or celebrations

Best service and fantastic food!

Cheaper than the majority of Brazilian steakhouses in Austin. Great quality. Maybe not as much of a selection of meats as others but the atmosphere and friendly dining staff make up for that.

Kid-friendliness: People with kids were treated just as well as couples and adult diners.
