KiKi, Maddie, and ismani were spectacular and made our experience amazing tonight. The meats were amazing very fast service. Even the new guys were doing amazing. Thank you, and I will be back.

We have been to Bitelo’s multiple times over the past few years and every time we get excellent service and excellent food. Yovany and Juan remember us every time we visit and are always pleasant with outstanding service making it a 10/10 experience will be coming back all the time!

The food was amazing! I've never been so full in my life, lol. The service, atmosphere & food were all top tier. We're thinking about going back again tonight. I highly recommend this place.

I’d give way more than 5 stars if I could!!! The restaurant was busy but still quiet and peaceful, the food was delicious, and the service was 10/10. They were so kind and attentive. Will definitely come back!!

As always, Juan presided over the phenomenal service, and the food is superb. Start out with the salad bar with a rather eclectic selections from traditional fair like ceasar salad and antipasta to more exotic like spicey corn salad. A seemingly endless variety of different beef, chicken and shrimp of different preparation is next up...offered and served at your own pace. It's become a favorite for us, especially on those special occasions.

10/10 experience. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. The meat is tender and hot and everyone is moving quickly to offer more.

The service was outstanding, scenery was great for a date, and the food was amazing. Highly recommend, was worth every penny.

First time at the restaurant. Once we figured out how it works we had a great time. Food was excellent and staff was very helpful and attentive. Price was quite reasonable.

Bitelo is simply delightful. It has all of the features of the better known churrascarias, but in a quieter more intimate setting. The salad bar was comprehensive, the wait staff were extremely attentive, and the food was fantastic. The meats were beautifully seasoned, prepared exactly as we wanted them (rare, medium, etc), and of very good quality. The shrimp, ribs, chicken and other items were also very good. The cheese rolls kept flowing, as did the fried yucca (which they offer on request in addition to their other sides). All in all, a terrific experience.

Awesome, our first time there, we will definitely be back. I can't remember our servers name but she was awesome, as a matter of fact everyone that served us that night were great.

I’m not one to usually leave Google reviews, but this place was top notch. We visit steakhouses and Brazilian steakhouses often, and this one stands out.
The salad bar, drinks, steak, grilled pineapple, and dessert were all phenomenal, but what really set this place apart was the service. It was hands-down the best part of the experience.
This restaurant is absolutely at the top of the charts for the Austin area. We’ll definitely be back.

The service is attentive but not overbearing, the food is fantastic accompanied by a delicious salad bar and sides. This was our first time at Bitelo. It is now on our favorites list.
