We had a wonderful time at Bitelo Steakhouse while celebrating my husband's birthday. To our surprise, we were seated in a private room, which made the evening feel even more special. The salad bar and sides were fresh and well-prepared, and all the meats were cooked perfectly and served in a timely manner. The service and overall experience were excellent—we'll definitely be back!
This was our second time dining at Bitelo. Compared to other Brazilian Steakhouses, this is far and away the best one we have ever experienced. All the cuts of meat were delicious , fresh and well prepared, esp. the beef. We were asked how we like our meat cooked, and every time they brought cuts of beef, we were served exactly what we preferred. The food was great but my wife and I did compare it to our local places and just nitpicked on what we liked slightly more. Very friendly staff and very welcoming and wanting to make it the perfect experience. They literally went out of their way to make the night special and we would definitely go back.
