This was a very bad experience. I have previously eaten here, and never experienced service like this before! When a customer is dissatisfied, the employee should make it right, not go back and forth with a customer! A milkshake should be thick and creamy. So thick you would use a spoon for it. Never should you be able to pour it out like milk! So when a customer comes to buy more than one milkshake and states this fact, you should not tell them that's how it's supposed...

Food is the usual BK fare, but the staff is better than average.
Really only writing this review to mention how awful the smell emanating from the floor drain in the men's room is. How is that not a health code violation???

Food was fresh and yummmy. A young man named Wyatt was also being so nice and friendly with my daughter and husband about the kids meals toys since they were anime he sure made us laugh a lot while we were ordering! ☺️
