No one there, not busy nor chaotic. Waited a long time for two combos...and they didn't include the chicken nuggets. It was my first time and my last time there
Filthy! Sticky, dirty floors. Gross tables. Grimy door and windows. Not a clean surface in the place. Fries had burned bits of other, old food on them. They need to change the oil. The whole place needs to close down for a couple of days for a good deep cleaning. I’m sure the staff is overworked and underpaid but dirty is unacceptable no matter what.
Fries were cold. Had to eat chili with a fork. The supplies by soda machine for the public was empty except for lids. No napkins in dispenser. No utensils except for knives. No ketchup in container to dispense. When we ordered chili and asked for chili sauce they gave us sweet chili. Had to go back up and ask for it again. Another customer after us had to ask to for all the items as well. Floors don’t look they have been swept in a while.

Burgers are hot with crisp bacon and fresh vegetables, although some customers have experienced issues with their orders, such as incorrect toppings. French fries continue to be popular, being really good and fresh, though some have noted a strange aftertaste. The drink machine has been reported as leaky and half-broken, which adds to some minor issues with drink taste and drive-thru speaker clarity. Despite these challenges, the restaurant is fairly clean, and employees are generally polite, although there have been instances of less-than-helpful service. Wheelchair accessibility is available right outside the door. With fast-food competition being fierce, Wendy's could benefit from a culinary renaissance to improve flavor and overall customer satisfaction.
