On 12/27/23, in the afternoon I had ordered a meal over $30 worth of food. The sad part was my food was burnt and my husband's food. Luckily we were dining in. They gave it to us just like that with no remorse whatsoever. Also the mozzarella sticks were not hot and the cheese was not stretchy. The cheesey tots were disgusting and cold. My 2nd time in Burger King and Irma took my order each time she is so professional and very helpful and very respectful. It looks so good they keep it really nice in here so I do recommend if you want to bring your kids you can they can have a clean place to play at and then the adults can have their lunch or their dinner while watching the kids,it is thank you irma me.
