Chada is a top choice for my wife and I whenever we visit the Cinemark next door. We always get the same thing so our opinion might be biased. I get the pad prik pao with chicken and order of golden bags and my wife gets the house fried rice with beef. The service is simple. It's great and not overwhelming. It's a fast-casual dining experience. I'd recommend it if you are looking for something new and aren't afraid of spices.

It was a first time to visit here.Food is so-so. To be honest, all dishes, we ordered fried rice, stir fried noodle, tom yam soup, and 2 more, tasted like something's missing. I have visited Thailand several times, of course include food. And I expected so much because of the name of this restaurant. However, not traditional tasty, I think. Unlike me, my friends were satisfied with foods here.

I’ve been coming here for a couple years and I truly believe they have the best Pad Thai in all of Texas. The portion sizes are great and the pricing isn’t too bad either!

Thai food that will scratch your itch but probably about it. Given the bevy of Thai options in Austin, probably would pick one of the others but if this is closest to you it's fine on the way back from work or if you're hungry and in the neighborhood. Wife and I both got pad see ew (chicken and tofu respectively) for takeout and while it has the rice noodles, Chinese broccoli and protein, the sweet soy vibe wasn't quite there and didn't feel like there was enough of the wok flavor. Had to add some additional sweet Thai chili sauce at home that we had in the fridge to really make it flavorful honestly. My wife has also gotten the beef salad before that's super spicy.

I would say the food is so so, but pay attention, THEY WILL CHARGE YOU DOUBLE TIPS and don't credit you back when you ask for it.We came on Saturday with friends. When we paid the bill, we asked if the tips was already counted in the bill and the waitress said NO. So we put tips there. When I came back home and took a glance at the receipt, I saw it charged 18% service fee already. I was not very mad at this point and called the restaurant the same day that I wanted to take the tips back since there is already 18% service fee charged. They said I will be contacted by Monday. Of course, no one contacted me on Monday. I called again and was told I would by contacted that day. Again, no surprise, no one contacted. And today, I called them one more time. The waitress told me the manager and her husband is on vacation, asking me to wait after they came back. How ridiculous is it! They just treat you as trash. They overcharged me and asked me to wait and wait??! If you don't wait, you are not cool. I called them twice before the manager took vacation, but she did not take care of it. Now ask me to wait again?? I expressed my urgent to get this resolved now in the phone and the waitress told me that she's going to hung up the phone... (What??!)Frankly speaking, it's not a big deal pay more, rather it's the attitude they treat you making you feel awful.So if you don't mind to pay double tips, go for it. If you've accidentally been charged double tips and you don't mean to, don't wast time with them and get negative feelings. Just contact your bank.

Whoa..?Walked on a Tuesday. 8 25 pm.Only 1 other table was seating a family or 4.Sat down table was dirty and best up.Just coincidence the people's table that was sitting next to us was wobbling so hard they had to get up and move to another table. Our table was dirty had to ask the waitress to wipe it down two times and then we were told at 8:33 that the kitchen is closed now we had to order. Pretty bad experience to start, we got out, left wanted to enjoy our night. Walked across the street and Amy's China Cuisine here now tell you how that goes.

They need to tell people there hot is way hotter than anyone restaurant. don't trust their ratings. Cashier was like, "That's so weird, hahaha. Couldn't even eat was too hot and again waitress that's so weird hahaha. N. Don't go they suck in customer service.

I was in the mood for Pad Thai and came across Chad's Thai on Yelp. I've not had good luck finding Thai that is good enough to make me want to go back for more. All of that changed now. Their food was incredible! The Pad Thai was perfectly flavored. Egg rolls were crispy and on point. My friend got the pad sei ew which was equally delicious. Everyone was nice and helpful and the restaurant was clean. So excited to find my new go to for Thai in the area!

Food is good. Service was horrible! Had to go back inside to get a second rice that I had ordered. Got all the way home and there was a whole plate that wasn't in my order that I paid for. I went back got my order. I got a sorry but no comp or nothing.
