Update: Went to chilli's today and ordered big mouth bites. There were no grilled onions or any sauce on the burgers at all. They just came with small burger patty, cheese, and a little bit of bacon. Our server was excellent tho. His name was Arturo, i do believe. If it weren't for him, I would've hated the whole experience. Definitely need to make food orders right. Called in an order. They told me it would take 15 to 20 mins. Arrived 30 mins after that. Still waited an hour. They had no customers. It was late and they still got my order wrong.
Figured I would try here again, the food was good, didn't take too long, employees were nice.

This place has really gone down hill! Last night I just wanted a salad and soup. Mixed my dressing in the salad and a bug crawled out and the soup was so freezer burnt and salty. Disgusting!

We recently dined at this restaurant and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely incredible—every dish we ordered was full of flavor, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. Our server was equally impressive: friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our meal. Each course arrived in a timely manner and tasted just as amazing as it looked. We left completely satisfied and can’t wait to return!

It's been quite a while since we had ordered from Chili's. For the most part, everything was up to par.
There are only two issues. We ordered online,...the app kept adding an extra meal to the order. I reedited the order twice with two orders. I still got charged for one extra order of the tenders we did not order.
2nd issue, I ordered the double meat burger, which I have to say, in regards to the patties,...they were delicious. My only complaint is the buns. It was literally falling apart. I had to be very careful to so it won't crumble to pieces. A very cheaply made buns!...
So, I got charged for an extra meal we did not intend to order, and the hamburger buns were a great disappointment.
In general, the food was great, and customer service was good.
Just some improvement to the app needs to be addressed, and you to definitely find a better vendor in regards to the hamburger buns!

Came in for my birthday dinner from the moment we walked in the service was horrendous. Once someone finally noticed we were standing there waiting to be seated, the person seating us seemed very upset that he had to seat us. The silverware was slapped on the table in passing. And the service recieved was delivered very impatiently. When trying to order our drinks only one of us was asked for drink order, I had to stop the server from walking away so that I could order my drink. Again when time to order our food I was again dismissed as not needing to order and again had to stop the server so that I could order. 30 mins later when the food came my med/rare steak was well done and had to be sent back after waiting another 15 mins for my food we gave up. I've been to several locations and this was by far the worst experience. At first thought may be a staffing issue but then upon leaving saw 4 employees standing by the doors having social hour.

Just okay on the food.
I ordered the fajitas (no longer comes with guac) the tortillas and fajitas taste terrible. The meat almost tastes fake and the tortillas taste like they were put in a microwave. I would not recommend the beef fajitas. I was only able to eat a couple of bites, bummer. $25 for a meal that was not enjoyable. Yv
The service however was great. Our server, Morgan, was very attentive and checked on us constantly.
