The Costco bakery is good for what it is. The prices are great, but you have to buy larger quantities. But they have cakes, pies, breads, and pastries.

$10 large pizza and $1.50 hotdog/soda combo. Always one of the family's favorites. Family of 4 for $13 is almost unheard of these days. Thank you for keeping the quality in there Costco.

My wife and I frequently eat at the 1431 Cafe. It has become our favorite breakfast/brunch location. Delicious breakfast and friendly staff.

Two women in this store who are providing a rather uncomfortable customer service. A white woman with blond hair yesterday Sunday 02/04/23 in the first box on the side of the exit and another woman with short dark hair. The speed for only the customer to pay and leave is not the whole goal of Customer Service. You must serve the customer well at all times. One of them chased a person all over the store to the cashier and the blonde-haired lady doesn’t mind taking good care of people. They must pay attention to the employees and pay them.

Went for breakfast yesterday (12/29/22) and I ordered the biscuits with sausage gravy and the portion was big enough to feed two people. My family member ordered the mushroom omelet, and it looked like it was made from 6 eggs but the menu stated a 3 egg omelet. The chicken bacon was amazing. There was a line out the door waiting for seating when we left. Give them a try...reasonable prices and huge servings.

Went to this Costco’s today for the first time (4/16/2022) and had a terrible experience. I’m a Sam’s club woman and so checking out Costco’s was quite intriguing. It was hell the entire time. I was looking to get a membership and Anne was very nice but way too nice. She was unprofessional as she constantly stopped what she was doing with me to either say hello to someone or help someone else. I did not have her full attention, which is sad since I was there to get a membership. There were so many hiccups with their system and she stated that she had been having issues with the computer she was using on me to sign up for the membership. The common sense thing to do would be to try a different computer ya know. Anne was the only one wearing a mask at the customer service section. There were 3 employees; Jennifer, Jay, Richard, and an older Hispanic man that wears glasses at the customer service area wearing no masks, constantly touching their faces and then touching the iPads and computers, and constantly blowing their noses. It was freaking disgusting and I was grossed out. Jennifer is the manager and her voice was gone and she looked sick and was the main one coughing and sneezing, again with no mask! Like why are you working or put a mask on goodness! Needless to say I’m considering canceling the membership and just sticking to Sam’s. Sam’s is a lot more professional and plus they have more items that I use, whereas Costco’s does not. What an absolute disgusting disaster!!!!

Stopped by the 1431 Café for a mid morning breakfast. There was a line forming behind us, but we were promptly seated. The greeter was very welcoming. We ordered the Big Breakfast and the Chicken fried steak. The portions were huge and we had to get a “To-Go” Box. I will say that there is something to be said about cold food. This seems to be a common complaint as you read thru the reviews. On both plates, we had various items, primarily the sides that varied from cold to Luke warm. It’s almost like they plate the sides first, then cook the entrée. The servers were fantastic, great positive attitudes and were working their tails off. From my perspective they were understaffed considering the number of people in the restaurant. It’s very possible that the food just sits waiting for the servers. Overall, the food was good, excellent service, but someone really needs to look into why the food arrives room temperature at best.

This cafe always has a crowded parking lot. So we decided to stop for a burger. The hostess was borderline sullen, no smile, no greeting- so ok, maybe long day, maybe too long of a shift, maybe just worn out. Ok. So our server came over- she was just GREAT- a smile, efficient, took our order. We ordered a patty melt with fries- it arrived in 5 minutes. So- the meat was barely warm- had to be pre-cooked, cheese was a pre-made sauce, rye bread barely grilled, not crisp at all. The fries were hotter and crisp. I'm not sure if we will go back ever, and I won't recommend 1431cafe to anyone, except dont go with any great expectations.

Just leaving now- I can’t believe how many employees are working their butts off today. This store is PACKED and the lines are tremendously long. Amazingly, they move like a well oiled machine. I’ve never gotten through customer service, the self-checkout line, or the deli so fast!!! NICE JOB and THANK YOU!!!!
