Very very very slooooow service. Getting a bagel should NOT take 45min.

Came in literally today and got two bagels online. I left and got to work to eat them. One had hair in the cream cheese and the other was way too hard to even chew. So trash try went. What a waste of ten dollars. I’ve tried calling three times and it keeps taking me back to the main menu options after it rings and rings. A bit ridiculous because they had like 10 employees while I was there and no one could pick up a phone? I won’t be back.

This location seems to be deteriorating very rapidly. They served sandwiches after 30 mins wait and they were served cold. Excuse is that the toasters are broken and corporate won't listen to us. The manager got the sandwiches remade. Seems, they microwaved it this time. But waiting for 45 mins on breakfast is too much. Time to avoid this shop. Seems corporate is just focused on crunching number rather than food and service which is the core of this business.

We spent 15-20 minutes in the drive thru behind 1 truck. When we got our bagels, they were toasted but cold. And our coffee tasted burnt and the caramel macchiato was nasty. I’ve been to several other Einstein’s and it’s never been that long to receive service and cold bagels. This location definitely needs some improvement.

Went threw the drive threw. The lady taking my order was attentive, and kind. Always consistent, would recommend.

I swear this store has an order success rate of around 30% (if I’m being generous). Today’s screw up was in the Drive-thru. I ordered an “All-nighter” no cheese, to which the response was “What?” I repeated, “one all-nighter no cheese” and again “What??”, repeated “ALL-NIGHTER NO CHEESE!!” and finally had it repeated back to me. I pulled up to the window and verified that they got the “No cheese” part. When I got home and opened it up I ended up with a dry egg sandwich.. No bacon, no chipotle mayo and whatever else was supposed to go on there. Just the egg on a dry bagel. I’ve tried too many times without success to patronize them again.

We love Einstein bagels and decided to stop by today. We waited for 10 minutes to get attention of the staff amd finally just left because the staff did not pay attention.

Awful service. We ordered 3 bagels when they clearly had plenty in stock, then waited 10 minutes only to be told they’d run out. No apology, no acknowledgment of our wasted time, just a shrug.

And this has happened on two other occasions and hence the review.

There are plenty of other options on this street, and we’ll be taking our business elsewhere.

Every time I walk In there it’s such a positive environment and always get greeted so well. I would like to say Kassie is the sweetest and has such amazing costumer service, she’s willing to go above and bound always. I highly recommend coming here

I stopped by the Einstein Bagel on my way to school for breakfast, and the Asiago bagel with cream cheese that Kassie recommended totally hit the spot. Would highly reccommend.

Einstein Bros Bagels is one of our go-to spots! We usually grab a bunch of bagels to take home, and they’re always fresh, soft, and so good. The cream cheese flavors are great, and everything is ready quickly. It’s an easy, reliable stop for a good breakfast, and we always enjoy it.
