Einstein Bros. Bagels

I placed online order and i was missing 5 bagels and a tub of smear from my order. I went home and realized all these items were missing. I tried to call the store twice and no one answered. I had to drive back to the store each way 15 mins drive to get my bagels. The store manager is not apologetic at all. This is super bad store online ordering experience. The store manager does not care at all. She said do you want your bagels or not.

Bagel was great, I ordered the blueberry bagel with honey almond butter spread. Next time, I'll order it with the spread on the side, though. It got kind of messy trying to eat it the way they served it, which was the cream cheese sandwiched between the buns. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this place.

We've been coming to this Einsteins for 10+ years. The service and quality has progressively worsened. This was our last visit.. We usually get bagel and lox sandwiches. They skimped on capers. We got two doggie bagels. They were solid bricks the dogs wouldn't touch. My husband slammed them on the concrete to break them in pieces and the dogs still wouldn't eat them. Definitely our last visit.

Love this place, but they close too early. I never make it there until right before they close, and they’re always so busy during that time, and by that point, they’ve run out of most bagels.

My family and I ordered online through the website and I got the fall combo, which comes with a bagel sandwich, cold brew, and a hash brown. When we picked it up, I only got my sandwich and we had to go back to get my cold brew. When we got home, I also discovered that my hashbrown was missing,

The food was ok, but just check your food if you order online.

In a quaint little shop, we found delight, Bagels so soft, a culinary flight. Our worries of heaviness, quickly dispelled, With each bite, a story to be retold.
Flavors danced, a symphony of taste, In our hearts, this place was embraced. At home, we tried to recreate the spell, But nothing compared to where the bagels dwell.

Order the bagel lightly buttered it was soaking in butter. Went inside got another bagel wasn’t toasted. Bacon is raw. They just want to hand you the machine to get a tip. They don’t care if anything else else is right on your order very disappointed.

Visited today and once again reminded why I normally don't visit. Avocado toast was bland and lacking flavor on a bagel that was either overcooked or not fresh. Ordered a caramel macchiato that had the overtones of burnt coffee, and a chai tea latte that was made with luke warm milk and poor quality chai powder.

I have to remind myself that sometimes convenience isn't an excuse to overpay for poor quality food.

I ordered a Farmhouse Bagel with a Caramel Blended Coffee. The bagel was absolutely packed with the shmear making it difficult to eat from all the pepper. I had almost finished drinking my frappe when i saw a dead bug at the bottom. This is absolutely disgusting. Will never eat here again. Last time I ordered delivery my eggs were rotten too. Don’t go here!
