The food is amazing I'm never disappointed. I've never had a bad interaction with the staff they always treat me with kindness. The atmosphere is great they just can get busy which is normal for a popular food place.

They close at 2pm but are always out of their premium bagels by noon. I went there today at noon and they didn't even have regular bagels... I have never been to this location and was able to get exactly what I wanted. They always make me substitute something.

Cooper and Paloma are awesome! They always make my mornings, and my bagels FANTASTIC!!!

They even made special efforts to brighten my days while I was temporarily disabled. It’s not just the bagels that are great here, it’s the people!

Years ago, when I lived in another state, Einstein Bros. Bagels was my go-to breakfast spot. Unfortunately, this location didn’t quite measure up. The bagels were just okay, and on my last visit, the service was a bit disappointing — one of the servers didn’t seem as helpful or welcoming as others I’ve encountered in the past. Overall, my experience here was a letdown compared to what I was used to.

Love there farmhouse sandwich

Very very busy and cordial staff. Sadly they ran out of bagels and forgot to slice some other bagels.

I went to Drive thru and the cashier was rude didn’t even did greetings and just looking at the computer and she couldn’t even do my order correctly and after repeating 3times she told me to go to the window and still couldn’t get my order right and one guy maybe he was a manager he came and asked what was my order and how i want it . I got Nova Lox with extra Lox which i paid $5.30 extra to get EXTRA , and Total paid 17.49. And the receipt i got no Cashier name just DT .
I love Einstein Bagels but Definitely I’m not going to them anymore they need to work on how do Customer Service better and do order right please when we pay extra .
Hope they read this and do something about it .

I’m still in the drive through line and I have been in the same line for 30 minutes… maybe I’ll get to pick up the food one day..

Extremely slow and inefficient service with the drive thru window avoid at all cost..

How is chick fil an able to handle 20+ cars in 5 minutes and this place can’t handle 5 cars in 30 minutes?

do NOT place a order on the app. I placed an order on the app, and waited around 40 minutes just for the staff to tell me that they ran out of the bagels I ordered. Just letting you know that the app doesn’t notify you when your order is ready or even tell you to choose replacement bagels. After wasting my time this is what i find out in the store. To make matters worse, I didn’t get an immediate refund in the store, I had to go contact the support team online in order to get my money back. Only buy bagels in person, or you are gonna waste your life trying to get your money back because the app is so trash.

How do you not have any plain bagels at 10:30 on a Sunday.

No crowd this morning at 9:00 so service was far. Bagel was great, coffee less so.

my whole order smelled like cigarettes - that's disgusting!! the bag & the bagel itself.
