First time here...I have to say that the chicken here is really good...in California they have a El Polo Loco...it used to be rotisserie chicken, but they turned it into flame grill... When I did that, I stopped going this place here, they actually remind me of the old el polo loco chicken in california.So good.Thank you so much for being original
I went to this place five minutes after they opened and they didn't have anything ready except for a few things. I don't know why they even open if the food isn't ready, the waitress at the register was falling asleep with a lazy attitude she seemed like she didn't want to be there at all, didn't even want to open the door.

I absolutely love El Pollo Rico's food but they need to really work on their customer service. I got greeted with a hand out the drive-thru window for payment. It took 3 females to run my cc which I saw when I looked into the window because it was taking way too long for my receipt/cc. Once the other 2 females saw me looking they then scattered trying to play whatever off. After I received my food, in silence, I asked the cashier if she spoke English. She asked if I wanted to talk to someone who spoke English. I answered no, I proceeded to tell her that she didn't say a word to me when I drove up. She said, 'Oh' giggled and closed the window. 11/9/25 @ 11:58am

Just had lunch at this location after being away for two years. I was so disappointed to see how run down this place is. The floors were dirty, the trash bins were full and overflowing with trash. The soda fountains were also overflowing with ice and the countertops were all wet and gross. I can go on about the tables, windows and bathrooms. The food is still decent but the restaurant as a whole needs some urgent attention. I can’t imagine what it looks like where our food is being prepared. 🤮

If you want charcoal grilled chicken this is the place. I started going to this restaurant because of the chicken but also because of the great salsa bar they used to have. Since covid the restaurant no longer offers a salsa bar. I wish they'd bring it back!
