We stopped into Firehouse Subs today and had another great visit. We were greeted with a warm smile the moment we walked in, our order was taken quickly, and everything came out hot and exactly how we like it. Consistent, efficient, and delicious — we left very happy. Highly recommend this location!

Bought Italian subs on a 2 for 1 special through Uber Eats. Being from the Northeast (NY area), the bread is an integral part of any sandwich. The bread in the Austin area is lacking.

This was my first visit to any of Firehouse sub store. I went there specifically to get the Thanksgiving Turkey sandwich and I even pointed to a poster they had... saying I wanted the Thanksgiving Turkey sandwich and they gave me the Turkey Club sandwich. I can't complain. The turkey club was quite good, but I really wanted that delicious Thanksgiving turkey sandwich. I'll have to go back before it's discontinued!
