Whoever the lady is at the drive through window working on 9/25/25, at lunchtime, needs to be trained again. She literally didn’t say a single word to me, looked at me like I was a problem, and then sat tapping in the window waiting for a burger to be made. Rude and annoying. For the price of y’all’s food, customer service should be better. Next time I’ll go to in’n’out, and get a better burger, for a cheaper price, with nicer people.

Burgers were quite salty, unexpectedly.

First time eating at Freddys and, quite sadly, very disappointed with the food and sauces (plus their battered down bathroom with inoperable paper and soap dispenser) . As for the food, everything was salty AF to the point of being tossed aside - only spared and consumed because we spent over $30 bucks for two sets and some cheese curds. Aesthetically the burgers looked mouthwatering and whetted my appetite (always a good sign to start any meal), which is why it’s so disappointing that they couldn’t get basic seasonings right for a simple beef patty. I’m not sure if this is a one-off with a line cook having a bad day or just part of how they cook their burgers, but first impressions are important to me so I probably won’t be coming back anytime soon (although I’m tempted about their other offerings as they, too, look pretty appetizing). In addition, the cheese curds were unimpressive and, yes, they too were salty to the point of being dismissed. While picking up the food at the counter, learned from another customer that there were “secret” sauces that had to be requested. Big on sauces and slightly giddy after receiving three different sauces to dip my onion rings and curds, I expected much more than a monotonous mayo-based dipping sauce with little to no variation and opted for good ol’ reliable ketchup instead. To add insult to injury, we literally got five or six onion rings to replace our fries, meaning we left still hungry and regretted not going to our traditional favorites like Culvers and In N Out and Wayback Burger.

The ones in FL are just much better quality. The burgers are overly salty and their hot fudge isn't even hot. But thin-n-crisoy fries are my fav and this is one of the only places that sell em so I always come back.

Love this place. The chicken tenders are num num yummy yummy. I hate to say I love the chicken tinders here are way than cane's chicken tenders are 5-☆

Horrible service from management and cashier. Husband asked for a certain sauce on burger and they would rather lose customers rather than make the burger which they have the sauce. Management attitude was horrible instead of making it right.

The server who took my order was AMAZING. I am sorry I did not get his name, but the woman who handed off my food humiliated me. Yes, I got a kids meas yes, im a bigger built person, but you don't know me. To laugh in my face as I get a kids meal, regardless of what I look like is not okay. As my sister and her boyfriend ate their food in the restaurant, I sat there crying. I had weight loss surgery. An adult meal at most sit down restaurants is 4+ meals for me. Fast food is at least 2. The handful of times I'm indulginging in fast-food, don't make me feel like I'm going something wrong. I felt completely humiliated. I wasted my money tonight, because if my sister and her boyfriend hang been there, my food would have gone in the trash. At least someone ate it...

Didn't get a chance to get the food, we waited inside with only two other patrons who were just finishing up their meal outside, nobody else but myself and my friend were there around 3pm, not even a single car in the drive through. We waited 5 to 8 minutes and tried to signal to the one employee who was sweeping and ignored us. We called out several times to no answer. Went to red Robin and had a better experience.
