Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Veggie burger removed from menu?
I was at another Freddy’s only a month ago and got a veggie burger but this location didn’t have it listed on its drive through menu that I could see, when I asked the person working the speaker they said they don’t have one. It’s listed in the Freddy’s website? Maybe it’s a franchise thing.

Our family usually comes here after church (often hungry for lunch at 1pm!) and sit by the corner booth near the rest rooms. But today we sat facing the kitchen. I couldn’t help but admire the dedication of the BOH team. It actually made me realize that one the reasons we keep on coming back here because of their speed of service. On top of that speed is the consistency on food quality. Fresh and delicious! After we finished our meal I had to ask the names of the BOH team and thank them personally—— Marco & John (🙌🔥BEASTS🔥🙌) with Tino who said: it is rare that BOH getS acknowledged so they appreciate it! Keep up the great job guys!!!

Me and family visited Freddys in cedar park Friday night we just wanted to enjoy a meal with our kids outside, the food was good like it normally is but the thing that stood out to us was the tall black guy who kept checking on us which made us feel wanted it was greatly appreciated he asked if we needed anything every time first we asked for bbq sauce and he got on it immediately then my kids ask for more ketchup the guy told to me to go have a seat and he would take care of it so I could continue to enjoy my meal with my family that was really sweet of him and my husband smile cause of the pride and time he took to make sure we were ok

Tonight my husband and I ordered food through the drive thru and Blaine assisted us- he was beyond kind, informative and you could just tell he’s a positive person! Made us feel very welcome-keep up the positive attitude and the friendly demeanor! We will return.

Great service as always but they gave me the saltiest burger I've ever tasted in my life. I don't know what happened but I know this has permanently ruined Freddy's for me.

Patrick was the most amazing and funny cashier we’ve ever had. He got all orders correct and even made sure we had enough. Manager was also amazing! Will be coming back soon!

Food was great! Service could use a bit of work and the front wasn't very clean. There was an off smell. But that was not reflected in the food

The burgers are delicious! Words can't describe how happy I was with the quality and the taste of the food, especially it being fresh and cooked when you order!!

Just terrible. For us to review our order multiple times & it was repeated back correctly, yet given to us incorrectly is very frustrating. You could also tell that they were in need of new frying oil and a good clean on their grills. Left a nasty taste in the mouth. No napkins or plastic utensils given for our meal either. Not to mention, their phone number listed online and on the receipt is a non working number. I was not driving 20 minutes back to have my order remade or for a refund. A complete waste of money and time.

I stopped in Freddy's the other night and I tried their prime rib steak burger and it was to die for the best sandwich I've had in a long long time. And of course I had to have a regular size chocolate custard hot fudge Sunday. That was yummy. Yummy yummy! I love Freddy's Frozen Custard. I will continue to go back there again and again and again. Whoever the lady is at the drive through window working on 9/25/25, at lunchtime, needs to be trained again. She literally didn’t say a single word to me, looked at me like I was a problem, and then sat tapping in the window waiting for a burger to be made. Rude and annoying. For the price of y’all’s food, customer service should be better. Next time I’ll go to in’n’out, and get a better burger, for a cheaper price, with nicer people.
