Great spot. Attentive service and tasty food. The menu is very diverse, with ramen and Korean BBQ, and sushi. We had a ramen and the beef Bulgogi tray.

Fukuya Sushi & Grill is a restaurant in Austin that offers delicious and fresh food. The atmosphere is delightful, clean, and welcoming. The staff and owner are kind, friendly, helpful, and attentive. The sushi and sashimi are very fresh and beautifully presented. The bento boxes are outstanding and offer a fantastic variety of food, including the chicken katsu bento box and the beef bulgogi bento box. The chicken katsu is cooked perfect. The bento box also comes with two large and long prawns, two vegetable tempura, and sushi. Other menu items include the edamame, which is clean, fresh, and green, and the Crab Puffs, which come in two very large pieces. The Crab Puffs are crisp outside with warm crabmeat and cream cheese inside, and they are stuffed full. The Miso soup is well balanced with savory umami, mild saltiness and subtle sweetness flavor. The Salad has crisp and fresh lettuce with a yummy tangy dressing. The portions are generous. The prices and portions for sushi are so worth it. The service is thoughtful, and the food looks very nice like a fancy restaurant. The bathrooms and restaurant are clean. Fukuya Sushi & Grill is a hidden gem.
