Guaco Taco

This place is amazing. If you're gluten-free, this is a hidden gem! Miss having crispy tacos you could eat without worrying about allergy contamination? These are made in-house. I may be wrong but I believe the staff/menu said it's a 100% GF kitchen. Either way, I've never had a reaction in all the times we've been, and I've never been so happy about tacos in my life.

This place is nice, and a good change of pace from Torchys and Taco Deli. I liked that everything was fresh and the restaurant itself was clean. The cashier was nice and I liked the salsa station. It looks like I originally rated Guaco at 4 stars because I wished the tacos were the size of Texas (I was pregnant so of course I did). I take it back. This place deserves all the stars. We do taco Tuesday here often (I can't make tacos like these, not even close) and even my pickiest child loves going here.
