The smell is amazing!!! That’ll draw you in! Ordered was the BBQ Bacon and Shroominator. BBQ sauce was IMO overpowering of the burger. The beef bacon was not needed. While the fries appeared seasoned, they too were just a bit lacking in flavor. Both patties needed a bit more seasoning but it wasn’t a bad experience. It was not worth the $48 though. For 2 mall burgers, 2 fries, and 2 drinks…$48 was definitely not worth it.

The Signature Burger is one of the best option this Incredible burger has.
It is halal and also Juicy, flavorful, and satisfying. It is a casual food court spot, so don’t expect fancy decor, but the food makes up for it.
Prices are slightly higher than average food court options, but the quality justifies it.

I didn't really care for the burger, it was woefully underseasoned, somewhat bland. There was a small bone in my meat which was quite unpleasant to bite into, but this does indicate to me their meat is probably hand ground back of house which is nice. I wouldn't give it a 5 star rating but they gave me a double patty even though I was 15 cents short so that's enough for me to support them with 5 stars.

We arrived at 8:30 p.m. Two staff members said it was closing time, but close time is 9:00 pm.
We drove approximately 34 minutes to get there, especially for burgers. If closing time is 8:30, change the time on your website and Google Maps to 8:30 p.m. It's a waste of time.

Always a pleasure going there. Don't matter what burger I get. It's always good. Love the cheese fries I and jalapenos for the extra spice. Service is awesome always kind.

I’m kind of amazed by the reviews. The burger was ok, similar to Chilis. Nothing extra to write home about. The seasoned fries weren’t very exciting either. This is Texas. If that’s the best burger you’ve had, sorry. The guy who was at the register and making my food barely said a word to me. Not impressed.

This time I went here was horrible. Sure, the food was good, but service, Uhh uh.the person who was doing it messed up our order and made us late to our next place. We asked for three Coolios, one with bacon added and one with jalapeños at its side. He gave us two coolios, and added the bacon INTO the burger. We were suspicious, so we asked if the bag had 3, because it was unusually small, He said yes, but when we opened it,there was two.we had to go back and tell him we ordered three, but he just printed out a receipt that was most likely not ours, and said we ordered only two. I recommend this place only if you get evidence before you end your order.
