Injera & Beyond Reviews
What a pretty and pleasant place to dine! Staff were so helpful in explaining menu and spice levels. Lots of options for vegans and meat lovers alike, with delicious injera (gluten free for those with sensitivity). Highly recommend potato and beet salad appetizer and the pistachio baclava/vanilla ice cream with pistachio drizzle that was kind of divine magic shell, lol! Beer and wine available as well as non alcoholic drinks. Next time I want to try the coffee roasted table...read full review

Injera & Beyond is a great Ethiopian restaurant located in the heart of Cedar Park. The interior is absolutely beautiful, gorgeous, and homey, providing a sense of calm and a comfortable environment. The space is clean, with clean tables and seats, and even has a back corner for big groups.
The food is delicious, excellent, and full of flavor. Dishes are refined, delicate, rich, and not too oily, spicy, or salty. Many reviewers highlight the beef sambusa, the vegetarian combo, the meat combo, and the veggie platter. The fun part is eating with your hands. The Ethiopian coffee service is vibey, though it can take a bit to arrive. The Trio Ayib is a noted item to try next time. Portions are generous, with two big heapings of injera filled toppings being enough to feed a group.
Overall, it offers pretty good value and variety for the price. As a brand-new gem in Cedar Park, it provides a great experience and is highly recommended for anyone up for a fun and tasty adventure, including those trying Ethiopian cuisine for the first time.
