I ordered a Jersey Shore sandwich the other day and it was drowning in vinegar so much so in fact, the bread was soaking wet.

I’d been going to Subway for 15 years, and decided to give up on them after their prices rose and their quality tanked. I didn’t try any other sub places until a couple of months ago, when my dad suggested Jersey Mike’s. I was shocked to see how efficient and clean they were, and how generous they were with the toppings. That first sub I had was amazing, and this has become my new sub place to go to once or twice a week. Every time I’ve gone in the past couple months, I’ve been happy and satisfied. Thank you for helping me find a new sub place that I adore!

Extremely rude staff. Ordered a Philly cheese steak and they didn’t want to make it. Took 25 plus minutes for my sandwich and when I asked politely for an update the employee lashed out.

Came in to get my food. No one is wearing hair nets, girl had long hair everywhere while cooking 🤢. Kid ( think he said his name was Gabriel) answered phone in his gloves, put his finger in his ear, then went to make food in the same gloves. He also handled cash and Amazon package in the same gloves and then went to make food. ) this place is nasty. I will never eat here again.

Ate here weekly for 3 years and the service and attitude of the guy today is our last visit. Order was wrong and they didn’t put a name on it. After trying to get a postmates guy to take a chicken sandwich for a minute he decided it was ours. Just kind of left it on the table and walked off. Entitled, impatient and tired and its only 11:30am. Also tired of cleaning the table myself everyone we come, we even bring a special pack of wet wipes. Happy to do it today so the 5 people behind the counter not doing anything dont have to change their gloves.

This location is always busy but always provides top service and quality. Never have an issue whether dine in or delivery.

The one time they gave me the wrong item and remade me another one questions asked and a coupon next time.
