I ordered chicken fried rice, it felt very substandard, and the chicken was fried like popcorn chicken, didn't go well with fried rice, I couldn't complete the dish even though I was so hungry

I didn’t get what I ordered but I guess it’s still good. “Chicken fried rice” was taken too literally here and I was served fried chicken on top of white steamed rice. The beef fried rice is also beef on top of white rice. Their hard boiled eggs look suspicious. Beef still tasted good, rice as well, just not what I was expecting when ordering.

I got the sweet and spicy chicken and it was nasty and overtly sweet. I tried to return they refused despite me not eating more than to taste would not recommend and customer service was horrible

Ordered the spicy ramen and chicken fried rice.Spicy ramen is watered down to the max making it bland.You’ll have to add soy sauce to the chicken fried rice because otherwise is flavorless and bland. The chicken was fried, doughy and dry at the same time.

This was really bad. Fried rice was steamed, the sausage hot dog with mozzarella had a tiny Vienna wiener at the bottom and was awful, the portions were half the size you would expect. And it was slow.

This place is all right. The k dogs are okay. Service is a little slow. You order on a computer. There's almost No interaction with the one employee there. It's decent enough for a (sorta) quick, affordable bite at the mall.

My daughter went to buy some corn dogs and was charged (I showed proof via bank account to the owner) K Foods computer malfunctioned someone from the back came to help put it back online the Asian lady in the front which I'm assuming is the owner kept saying we weren't charged even with the proof right in front of her; she wouldn't give us the meal that was ordered. She basically stole the money and didn't even bother looking for the transaction in her system even though we asked her to do this multiple times. She is a thief!

Decent option at Lakeline food court, but leaves much to be desired. You have to order at a kiosk at the counter and there is really no process or way to know when your order is ready you just have to wait to see the cook drop it off. Someone could easily just take any of the food. We ordered pork dumplings that were pretty crispy on the outside, but the middles were a bit too squishy and undercooked. It comes in nice packaging with a decent amount of soy sauce.

I tried their new menu, croffle with chicken wings. The wings were so crispy and tasty. The strawberry and almond croffles were delicious. The owner was very friendly and explained well. Yes. I would definitely go back to this place to avoid such crowds at Hmart.

Corn dogs were really good. I got the Sausage mozzarella "hot dog" it was delicious and crispy. I took off one star because the sausage didn't go all the way through the corn dog. Kimbop was acceptable and nothing special. Overall tasty meal.

I placed an order today 8/23/23 at 11:15am at the counter. I was order #3. It took 31min to make ONE $17 ORDER OF WINGS!!..no sides...no drink...just wings... Thats ridiculous. 1 girl working the whole thing. What would happen if they actually got busy?...how can you run and grow a business like that? How can you expect customers to wait that long for food they can get quicker elsewhere?...It comes across like a small business owner that doesn't know what they are doing.

The machine to pay didn’t work and no one on staff speaks English. They couldn’t help me pay and would take my order bc they don’t know English. Then they asked me about my food and had no idea what I was saying. I have a ton of grace that people might not speak English well, but it made the experience extremely frustrating and the service really bad. If my kids didn’t really want to eat there I would have left

the korean corn dog i got was undercooked. i took a bite into it, expecting a fully cooked dog, but the result was not up to par. my companion ordered the ramen and she said, quote, "it bad." the cheese in my corn dog also tasted very cheap, similar to plastic. way too pricey for the quality of the items we received. do not go if you want a normal meal.
