after ordering 2 mash potatoes bowls and a kids meal...neither bowl came with the chicken nuggets (usually 5 per bowl) and the kids meal was thrown in the bag with a small nugget and fries and no drink. no actual kids meal. disappointing to a 2 yr old little man wanting his kids meal. when I called to get it fixed, the phone is off the hook. busy signal for 2 hrs straight
I give Sebastian and his crew 5-STARS 5-TIMES. The staff is great and the food is excellent!
Horrible customer service. Rude employees. And our Order was supposed to be ready at 5:59 pm, didn’t get it till 6:30 pm. Upon arriving home they didn’t give us the honey mustard or the biscuits that we paid for!

KFC has been receiving positive reviews lately. The location is clean, with a nice and cool atmosphere. The food is fresh and served quickly, and the staff are friendly and responsive. Customers have praised the service from team members like Abby, who remained calm, professional, and friendly even during busy times. Abby handled orders efficiently, offered helpful suggestions, and checked to make sure everything was perfect with meals. She went above and beyond to make sure customers felt valued, making visits memorable for all the right reasons.
However, there have been some issues with management. Nate, the so-called manager, was seen using Javier’s logins at the register, which caused confusion. His customer service was poor, especially when he refused substitutions and was rude to customers in line. One customer mentioned that he did not offer any compensation for missing biscuits, and his attitude was unhelpful and rude throughout. Other customers inside the restaurant were unhappy with his behavior, and one even called him names. Due to these issues, some customers recommend driving to a further location with a better manager, like Javier, who is seen as more professional and in control.
On the other hand, Javier’s shift lead, Corina, was praised for her empathy and excellent customer service. A customer appreciated her efforts to ensure children, including their daughter, received good service. It was suggested that Javier should recognize her helpfulness and consider giving her a raise.
Overall, the restaurant seems to have improved with friendly staff and quick service, but management issues still affect the experience for some customers.
