This was the first time trying this food truck and we were pleasantly surprised! We got two cuban sandwiches that come with their handmade chips, we ordered a sprite separately since a drink does not come with the meal. Super clean looking truck, friendly owner/employee (unsure). The sandwich was so good and fresh, my husband kept talking about how good the homemade chips tasted. Nothing was greasy. Next time we’re going to ask for a little extra mustard. All of their menu...
First timer. This morning I stopped by and has a bean chorizo bacon potato and cheese taco with green and red sauce. It was so good that I came back for dinner with my mom. I had the shrimp po boy and Mom had the catfish basket. We LOVED both and we will be back.
Oh my goodness - we tried Libby’s breakfast sandwiches and tacos today for the 1st time. Can I tell you how amaaaaazing they were? Everything was perfectly balanced, portions were big, and the SAUCES!! The green sauce was perfectly flavored. We are in south Austin. The drive is worth it!!
