Iām very frustrated with the service I have received here twice now. I work full time and occasionally come in on my very short lunch break. The is the second time I have received very obviously untoatsted bread. Last time I sent it back I was told āthe manager said it was toasted.ā So when I ordered this time I very politely asked if they could make sure it was toasted. My dude working the counter had some of the most intense good vibes I've encountered I a retail space in a long time. This dude was Mr. Rodgers-meets-Steve-Irwin lvls of friendly, and some how, he was not obnoxious. The food was good, but the service was better
McAlister's Deli is such a great place to bring the kids! Children's food places offer kids meals that are so expensive and usually cost the same price as an adult meal. I was very impressed with the children's fresh meals here and the fantastic price that comes with it. I feel like I can go to breakfast, lunch, or dinner here with my kiddo and enjoy a fantastic meal with a great price. I was genuinely surprised by this.
