Why am I waiting 30 minutes without any help just for a small meal, this place is a mess when it’s busy, I try to be understanding but no one wanted to help me and that just ridiculous customer service. Don’t come here around 3-5 just a fair warning

This restaurant was clean. My mobile order was ready quickly. The order was correct. Kids seemed to be having fun in the play area. When orders were ready, order numbers were being announced very clearly for everyone to hear.

Food was fine. AC not very cool. Playscape closed (at noon) for cleaning. Grandkids couldn’t play. Seems like a not customer-friendly time to deep clean the playscape. First thing in the morning or last thing at night wd b better.

Asked if I could get some ranch because there was none in my bag. The guy working the drive-through was incredibly rude about it. He repeatedly told me there was already sauce in the bag, and then made me show him that I had no sauce. Horrible customer service. I just wanted one or two ranch sauces for my fries.

I asked to speak to the GM he looked at me, didn’t say anything and then sent a few of his workers over. I miss the good old days when America was more peaceful and people actually cared about running a positive establishment. No respect

Eating dinner with my children in the playground and older kids were inside of the playground cussing using the F word with the manager was to worried about cleaning the walls and said nothing while me and another mother had to get onto them while small children under the ages of 11 and younger were present. Very disappointed that the manager was more worried about cleaning them kicking these kids out. Won’t be coming back to this locations anymore
Long wait in an empty restaurant. They don't bring the order. They gave everything cold. They didn't give coffee, sauces. They gave it with a dissatisfied look. It became very bad.

Don’t go to this McDonald’s after 6pm if you are planning on ordering a Sweet tea. They never have it.

Cashier didn't say anything word, took my card gave it back and shut the door. I used my points for a quarter pounder and it was nasty. It was so filled with ketchup when I took a bite it went everywhere all over my white carpet. No mustard, no pickles, and no onions that are usually with the sandwich. It tasted like old meat. What the hell happend to the food industry, there is no standard and no pride.
