Cashier didn't say anything word, took my card gave it back and shut the door. I used my points for a quarter pounder and it was nasty. It was so filled with ketchup when I took a bite it went everywhere all over my white carpet. No mustard, no pickles, and no onions that are usually with the sandwich. It tasted like old meat. What the hell happend to the food industry, there is no standard and no pride.

Spilled soda on the counter directly were the soda fountain is located, some of the spilled beverage was wet and some was dry, I notified the Manager of what I observe but it was obvious that noone was tending to the dining room area, though I let my granddaughter choose this place for dinner; the food was terrible, which is one of the reasons why I no longer eat at McDonalds anymore!!

Don't come in the evenings/at night. Their night crew is made up of absolutely miserable people. Every single time I've come here after work I always get the rudest person on speaker and window, my order is almost always wrong, and asking for a correction is like wronging them personally. I work food service and closings, I really truly get it. I really try to be understanding bc sometimes you have a sucky day. I hate asking for corrections, but the stuff I ask to take off I literally can't have. Most recent time I came through drive through I was sat waiting at the speaker forever with no one else in line, I mentioned and tried to be polite when I saw the correction not on the board, was sassed back that they heard me the first time, and they still put it on my food. And guy was rude from start to finish. It's one thing to happen once, its another for this to happen every single time I come here with different people each time. I can't speak for morning/mid day staff and food, but just drive to a different location or get something else any time after 6pm.

This staff has always gone above and beyond whenever we have questions about promotions or exclusives especially with all the happy meal madness. I recommend making this your regular pickup and delivery McDonald’s location because their food is always spot on and the customer service just really goes above and beyond.
Went through the drive thru today to order 4 piece crispy strips meal. I wasn’t asked if I wanted sauce. I went thru paid received my food still was not asked if I wanted sauce. It wasn’t at the top of my head since they usually ask. I had pulled forward and remembered I didn’t get sauce. When I went thru the drive thru I told her hey I didn’t get any sauce with my order can you please give me 3 chili sauce. It took her a few minutes to reply to me saying she had to charge me for 2… it’s custom to get 2 sauces for a 4 piece strip but she was hesitant she needed to charge me so I asked another lady who was outside with a sauce tray to please give me some she asked to check my bag Of food and receipt but hesitated to give me more than 1 chili sauce. It’s embarrassing that I have to ask for something that is custom with every order and then be questioned and asked to be charged when it’s been given to me whenever I’ve ordered chicken nuggets or strips here before.

This restaurant no longer has the playground as shown on Google and for those who have just arrived in Austin, it is a disappointment that they didn't update their Google information. This restaurant is shared with a convenience store and the smell of cigarettes is terrible inside the restaurant. You know those smiling faces welcoming you? Forget it! I only saw one face when I picked up my meal and no more.

Until today I've been pretty happy with the service at this location. Today I ordered a curbside pickup order, like I often do. As I pulled up to the curbside parking spot the app said my order was ready and I only needed to enter my curbside parking location, which I did. I then waited 8 minutes for my order. It was never delivered so I went inside to get it. They quickly gave it to me and I looked at the receipt taped to the bag which indicated that it had been ready for 8 minutes.
