Ever since McDonald’s covertly changed the way you gain points on the mobile app, making it more inconvenient for introverts, I haven’t gotten bonus points one single time. I’ve tried. And I’ve been to McDonald’s literally 20+ times, and have consistently tried to figure out how to get bonus points. When I tell them to the person on the intercom before I order, they get all confused like I gave them the wrong code, then I give them the order code, then it’s too late in the process to get the points.
So at this location, I wanted them to explain it to me, so I would know how to collect points in the future. The first girl didn’t speak English. The second girl spoke English somewhat, but not enough to understand, and she ended up saying a version of “the system is down.” The manager, same result - didn’t understand what I was asking, didn’t know how to get points. The one guy who DID speak English told me that I need to give the number when I order - which was funny to me because HE WAS THE GUY I ORDERED WITH AND GAVE HIM THE NUMBER.” It makes sense that the only guy who speaks English is stuck on the intercom. It’s not racist to encourage folks to speak the same language — it’s practical!
I would have about 10,000 bonus points by now if McDonald’s didn’t decide it was too easy for introverts to accrue points!

I just got a double quarter pounder with cheese and got home to find that the meat was raw, barely cooked on the outside and pink in the middle not OK I do not want a medium rare hamburger from McDonald’s. Now that I tried to call him on the phone number that’s listed. That number doesn’t work so great. One more meal down the drain.

Someone put a BOOGER in my drink. ordered a caramel frappe. I almost finished the drink till I got something in my mouth. I checked it wasn't food and it looked, came apart like snot. It was for sure someones booger and not caramel!

It's been a while since I've gone to this McDonald's, and it didn't disappoint. The food was great and the staff was very nice. There were a lot of items, but at the time I went for dinner, they didn't have spicy chicken, kinda sad, and would've loved to try it. 10 to 20 dollars per person. Now the only complaint I have is how long the food took. Every other McDonald's I've gone to we've gotten food within 5 minutes while this took almost 15. It was kind of weird to get to where they are located, but the inside made up for it, B E A U T I F U L

It was very cold in the play area, the staff ignored the request to do something. Cleanliness of course depends on the visitors (not everyone can clean up after themselves, apparently), but sometimes the staff can do it themselves.

We were in this establishment, it was very cold in the playroom 55 F, when we tried to ask the staff to turn on the heater we were ignored, I do not recommend if you have children and you want to come with them to this place. It is a pity that you can not give a rating of -5. No one cleans the tables, you have to yourself. In chick fil a there are no such problems!!!

Was running late first thing in the morning, only walk-in was available. Two people working there ignored me while I called out to them and knocked on the counter to get their attention. 8 minutes went by until the lady finally noticed me, and I told her I'm running late so if she could just refund me. She refused and said it would just take a minute. I'm late for work now because my last-resort option for breakfast took ten minutes and I wasn't allowed to refund it. Her name started with a G but I couldnt see her tag. 11/9

My wife recently visited this McDonald’s with our kids and their friends and ordered enough food for all of them. When she politely asked for honey mustard sauce, the female employee gave them 2 in total and curtly refused to give extra (there were 4 kids), saying, ‘The only sauce you don’t have to pay for is ketchup.’ We’ve never encountered this kind of treatment at any McDonald’s or even anywhere else before, especially after paying for a full meal for the kids. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of understanding and courtesy toward a simple request. A little kindness goes a long way, and it was sorely missing here.
Well, the other day I was in a call with my wife while she was ordering food by the drive true And I was witnesses of the worst service that a woman with two small girl could be received by this Guy Jorge Padilla, I know his name because she was able to read his name on the shirt. I am not written this regarding free food or trying to make him fired, just need the owners or Store managers know about this situation.

the lady at the food pickup window had the audacity to pass us a freezy that was over flowing baking soda/vinegar style (it spilled in the car), was put out with us when we asked for more than a teaspoon of carmel sauce in the coffee, and was a little rude when we asked for hot sauce.
