Very delicious and unique assortment of different sub options that I wouldn't normally find in the average sub shop. The seating environment is good as well as the interior design of the restaurant.

This place is close to work, so I come periodically. The people here are always really nice. I always order "The Experience". I have had other people say they didn't like other items on the menu, but I couldn't really tell you because I can't get away from what I order. I did try their tater tots once and didn't like them at all.

I had the southwest chicken sandwich and it might have been the best sub I've ever had. It was loaded with fresh chicken and the toasted bread is amazing. The folks working there are super nice also. Thos place rocks!

I called to place an order for pick up. I was told they were OUT of bread....at a sandwich shop? He said it would be 2 hours until they make more bread. Wow that's complete B$#&@it. I guess i will go next door to Firehouse subs. I'm sure they have bread.

This is my favorite sandwich place in Cedar Park. I know it's a chain but they make delicious sammies! I have gotten the Plabet Sub, Turkey Club and the Dagwood. I loved them all!

The food is ok, but the service is awful. If I have been 10 times, at least 6 of those visits I was given the wrong order or my order was made incorrectly. They have such high turnover of staff that the staff is incapable of handling more than one customer in the restaurant at a time.

I like Planet Sub quite a bit. Their hot sandwiches are delicious and you can get all kinds of great add-ons to make it feel like a meal you made at home. Many sandwiches to choose from so everyone can find something they like.

Never go back again terrible costumer service , the cashier took my order wrong, when asked for refund or remake the Manager said he believes his coworker and they won't remake my order. Isn't this ridiculous? I asked them to look up in cameras but he said they can't,why???!!!! Because they knew that was their fault. Never seen costumer service like this in my life.

I pick up sandwich from this place about once a month. The guys here are always very friend and nice. I think all the orders I have ever place ( almost exclusively online ) have been correct. The price is not high and is definitely in line with a quick sandwich. The sandwhiches always taste fresh. I defintely recommend.

Ultimate Fail!!! Tried the Planet Sub and Pastrami Melt. I was not impressed at all. They both taste the same...gross. I don't know what it is, perhaps, it's the baking of the sub where everything is heated to a certain temperature. I don't know but I wish it was a good place to eat a Sub sandwich.
