I called to place an order for pick up. I was told they were OUT of bread....at a sandwich shop? He said it would be 2 hours until they make more bread. Wow that's complete B$#[email protected] I guess i will go next door to Firehouse subs. I'm sure they have bread.
The food is ok, but the service is awful. If I have been 10 times, at least 6 of those visits I was given the wrong order or my order was made incorrectly. They have such high turnover of staff that the staff is incapable of handling more than one customer in the restaurant at a time.

This place is close to work, so I come periodically. The people here are always really nice. I always order "The Experience". I have had other people say they didn't like other items on the menu, but I couldn't really tell you because I can't get away from what I order. I did try their tater tots once and didn't like them at all.
