Absolutely blown away by the chicken katsu. It was crispy, thin, and good quality meat. The noodles were also very springy, the perfect texture for ramen! The only complaint is the vegetable sides that cost extra are very very small for the price point. For the additional fee I’d like way more vegetable. Alternatively, a smaller fee for similar vegetable would be acceptable. I like a lot of stuff in my ramen, though, and my preference would be more vegetable for the same price.
Went here on a whim. I had the tonkotsu ramen with a side of Crispy Tuna Rice. and WOW. I’ve tried many different ramen dishes. This was definitely the best I have had. It blew me away and the pork and broth were absolutely perfect. The crispy tuna was also super delicious i’m going to have to try the sushi here soon.

My daughter got the basic ramen and I got the spicy miso. Both ramen had solid broth, good chew on the noodles, and the toppings were excellent.
