I feel like I've had some pretty good ramen. I'm going to visit with my family from time to time.

Ordered the Classic Tonkotsu and Black Tonkotsu and although the broth was tasty, overall quantity of bowl is mid-size (compared to other Ramen places), and there were only two small pieces of pork belly in a $18 plate! Definitely skimping on the meat ... not worth that amount to eat noodles, half a boiled egg and some seaweed in broth. Not worth a second visit ...

A nice place, everything is very clean, the staff is super friendly, the food arrives quickly at the table, the taste of the broth is genuinely delicious, you can see how they work in the kitchen from the table and there is a lot of space to park! 1000000/10
The best ramen in Austin hands down. The spicy tonkotsu is extremely flavorful, and the Shoyu is reminiscent of the ramen I’ve had in Japan. Can’t wait to try their tsukemen!

Ramen was great and chicken karage was great too maybe a bit undercooked chicken though. Wish they had miso ramen options too!

We had a big to-go order, 7 different ramen with additions for about half of them. They got everything right and I’m pretty sure that everyone absolutely loved their orders. They even threw in a little something extra since we had such a big order. Nice folk!
The atmosphere in the restaurant is truly amazing
Had the mazesoba brothless ramen. The portion size was great and spice level was tolerable. The texture of the noodles blended well with the spices, egg, and pork. The service was fast, the ordering system convenient, and there was no wait for seating. I'm definitely coming here often!
The best Japanese Ramen in town. We always get the original Tonkotsu, and black garlic Tonkotsu. The restaurant also has some delicious appetizer like the Japanese fried chicken and other mini bites as well. Highly recommended if you’re in the area of Austin/Cedar Park for some delicious Japanese food.

The wait list is a joke, how do you not know you have people outside waiting, poke your head out, and call out their names.
Best ramen in Austin, hands down. Every meal I have had here has been awesome. I rarely spend money on eating out but this is one of the exceptions. Appreciate the regional specialties that are done as specials, really cool way to try bowls that are a little more unique. Noodles are made in-house and you can definitely tell - 10/10. Worth the drive any day!
Amazing Ramen, everything we have had here is simply great. High quality ingredients, great taste, good size for price point. The Tsukemen is also not on the menu but is really good and has a nice spice level. We really love this place!
First and most important is that the Ramen is not bad but at $18 a bowl, is inferior to competitors here in town. Chicken Karaage was excellent. Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen soup base was slightly watered down. The Tan Tan Ramen was a salty mess.
Service is dinged because I am not a fan of the impersonal service format that this restaurant adopted: ordering by QR code and paying the entire bill online, including gratuity to submit the order. While this service model works in some Asian country, here in U.S. there is a tipping culture to reward the server for good service.
Dear Restaurant operator- please remember that gratuity is not an entitlement but at customer’s discretion.
