Nut allergy friendly, I was able to put a note on the Toast order. Note that the vegan tan tan men does use almond milk so some caution is advised. Order to Appetizer Time: 5-10 Minutes (Tempura, Karaage) Order to Entree Time: 13-15 Minutes (several ramen bowls) We got here on a Saturday evening around 5PM and it was still relatively empty, but people did begin trickling in (there was also a concert in Cedar Park that definitely influenced things). Ordering was all through the Toast app, which also had a nice promotion going on if paid with Google Pay. (Value: 4/5) Chicken Karaage (3/5): Places don't really mess up chicken Karaage nowadays. I'd call this one average. Portions were good but the meat was a bit stringy. Served with lemon and a bit of sauce to dip. Spicy Tonkatsu (3/5): I thought that this relied a little too heavily on the chili oil to provide flavor and that the Tonkatsu broth itself was not that rich. Chashu pork was the highlight here as it actually had a nice char to it. Portions average. Service was nice, with someone bringing us water pretty quickly and even fixing an order mistake. Overall 3.5/5 for the value, rounded up for good service.

Really good quality ramen! Especially for such a casual place where you just put your order in through a qr code. The chicken karaage is so delicious! It's crispy, hot, juicy, lemony, and the creamy sauce just seals the deal. My only complaint is that it's so small for $7.50. And therefore not that worth it. The black tonkotsu had a really rich broth and everything was delicious. The meat and noodles and even egg were all cooked perfectly. I also really appreciated that they had an option of just noodles and broth. I had just gotten over a stomach bug so I wasn't looking for anything too rich or heavy. And it's called kids ramen but the amount of noodles you still get is like normal portion size.

My go to ramen spot. As a person from Houston with lots of ramen options, this place is definitely the best Ramen in Austin/ Cedar Park area. We've tried the sunset shoyu, the special tsukemen, and the black tonkotsu (& the spicy one). The broths are so flavorful, the noodles are nice & thick but not too thick. We've only had the pork chashu though, so can't comment on the other meat. Take out is just as good as dine in. Highly recommend.

Went back for dinner and it was........ok. It has changed significantly since we went previously. Ramen tasted more like mushroom soup than black tonkatsu ramen. The chicken karaage was 4 tiny pieces of chicken. Not much flavor there either. All staff member spent the entire time on their phones while we ordered from the table via a QR code. It's 6 pm on a Sunday evening and we are the ONLY table in here. Checks out. Ramen Eurasia and ramen tatsuya are both insanely better. Don't waste your time.

The prices are very high! One appetizer plus one entree and no drinks was $35. No servers. They holler at you from behind the counter when you walk in to "sit anywhere". You have to scan the QR code at the table, order your food and pay for it before it's prepared. The worst part is the tip is included before you even receive your food. They decide how much you tip. They come to your table twice. The first time is to bring you the cheapest napkins and plastic cutlery along with plastic cups and a pitcher of water. The second time they come to your table is to deliver your food. You don't get to decide how much to tip them; it's automatically included when you pay your bill before you receive your food. I'm not a fan of this style of service or the music that is blasting from a speaker on a shelf in the middle of the restaurant. The food is pretty good, but I'm too old to put up with this hip, new kind of "service".

Ok, I was not sure what to order. But my daughter guided me. That is my fault. But the food really good. Not a Ramen knowledgeable person. So much served that I had two extra meals taken home.

It was our first time trying this place. I got Tori Tan Tan and my husband got Black Tonkotsu. We also got karaage chicken, which was delicious. His ramen was also delicious. Noodles and chashu pork in both were very good! However, my ramen broth was not good. It tasted like a spicy nutty sesame soup, I didn't like the broth at all, and even my husband, who eats anything that's put in front of him, said he didn't like it at all. So, if you don't like nutty broth that taste like sesame soup, do not get that one.

Nice, attentive service. Food was great but not amazing. I would recommend. Two entrees and a soda was around $39 without tip.
