Delivery order was earlier than expected on a Fri night, delivery driver was extremely friendly, and pizza was hot and delicious.

We had a great take-out pizza last night. Large thin-crust Classic Combo. The pizza had large amounts of Italian sausage, cheese, and other toppings. I'm hoping it wasn't a fluke, because sometimes different pizza makers are not so generous. We'll keep coming back, if the quality is consistent. We ordered after a fair wait time. Within two minutes they brought out my wife's food. 35 minutes later my food was not delivered. Apparently one of the cooks had to suddenly leave. So they were short staffed in the kitchen. The owner, a lady came to our table to apologize and told me my food would be right out. 10 minutes later, no food.
If you are the owner, and you lose a cook, then you jump in and start cooking, not serving food. They had enough servers, they couldn't make the food fast enough. It was all left on the one remaining cook.
The atmosphere is very odd, at least we thought so. It was filled with chaotic noise. It didn't really have a designed atmosphere or theme. Just chaos.
It had a specific clientele not a good kind.
We were really looking forward to eating there, unfortunately, we'll never go back.

Ive had dinner and lunch here, Great pizza place. The Calzone and cheesy breads are amazing. Love it.

Came in for lunch, was told to find a seat. Got my family seated and another waitress asked us to move, as she had a table coming in. She failed to mention that table was for her friends. Charged 20% gratuity on bill with tax and all, I will not be supporting this business again any time soon.

That Chicago pizza was delicious, well worth the wait!

Extremely rude and unacceptable experience!
I ordered from Rosati’s Pizza and waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for a single takeout pizza, despite paying a significant amount for it. As if that wasn’t enough, when I asked to speak with the manager to understand the delay, instead of offering a solution, the manager raised their voice and told me, “you have to wait,” in a very rude and disrespectful manner.
A business that treats its customers this way, normalizes long delays, and then speaks to them in a scolding tone has an unacceptable service mentality. There was no apology and no explanation. After this experience, I will never choose this place again and I definitely do not recommend it to anyone

I would give more than 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if I could! The service was exceptional! The food was fresh and delicious! We do not live close but would make a 2 drive to eat here again!

Of all the pizza joints to choose from, we ventured here for a unique and tasty experience. No let downs here! Service was great, and Anna promptly helped us out with pizza and appetizers. No delay at all, and drinks came out fast and cold!! Kudos to the kitchen for great tasting pizza, that we get to take home and enjoy tomorrow. Thanks to the restaurant for an enjoyable and chill relaxing environment. And thanks for boxing our pizza Anna!!
