Me and my friends got harassed by the workers over a small comment said very quietly amongst ourselves and that being that there was very little ice cream compared to toppings. I do not recommend going if you want the workers to be extremely rude and cause a scene about a little comment that they did not even hear themselves. When we went to grab our orders they were hesitant to even give us the icecream we had PAID for. The situation was completely blown out of proportion and the ice cream was alright but the service took away our experience.

The ice cream was tasty and Talia was super nice.

I come here every other week for Dark Chocolate Brownie milkshake. The best in town. A bit pricey but worth it. I got a milkshake today in the evening, unfortunately it wasn’t a milkshake but just chocolate milk. Not sure if the way they make a thick milkshake has changed, if thats the case then its fair but this was not the milkshake i have been enjoying over the past 2 months. I dint mean to put a review but there was no other way to contact the management/owner on the website. Really Disappointed.

Adyn was super nice! Went in on a Saturday evening and she took great care of my girlfriend and I. Let us sample everything and told us the story of how they started! My girlfriend had also worked at an Ice cream shop she we had some good laughs about all that. Looking forward to coming back!

Delicious and exciting flavors! I really liked the texture of their ice cream. My family of 4 came in & we all tried a little bit of each others ice cream. My favorite flavor was black cherry chocolate chip! The employees were very sweet and quick.

Best ice cream in Austin surroundings, handwritten notes on paper bags are so cute and heart warming.

Combining two flavors of lemon sorbet and the raspberry sorbet was the best decision! I think they’re made with real fruit. Friendly staff as well.

Stopped in for a scoop of very fresh and flavorful ice cream on a waffle cone with my partner. Had a nice chat with the proprietress Angie and her friendly Scoopster working with her that night. Tried the black raspberry with chocolate and the black cherry with chocolate - both were fabulous! I could taste the fresh ingredients in the nicely balanced custard cream, and the untempered melted chocolate stirred in as it solidified melted nicely on the tongue.

Also v. thoughtful ~ the cones come with a drip tray! Perfect accompaniment was Disney's 'Frozen' playing on a screen to entertain us while we ate. If I lived in the area and was attending an event at the sports fields across the street a stop at the Scoop & Score too would be required.

Thank yOu Scoop & Score for loving the Ohio Graeter family ice cream and bringing it to Austin, TX for us all to enjoy!
