Sandy and Sophia helped take care of me and my two teens for my son's birthday. All of the staff that walked by were very engaging which the kids enjoyed. The food was incredible - huge portions. That was only our second time there but its such a treat every time!

Excellent food and service

Update: I originally left a negative review after a disappointing experience involving inaccurate wait-time information and an unhelpful response from the hosts.

Since then, I returned and had the opportunity to speak with both the owner and the manager. They sincerely apologized, acknowledged the mistake, treated my family and me exceptionally well, and explained the steps they are taking to improve the customer experience going forward.

I still believe my original frustration was justified, but I also believe businesses deserve credit when they listen to feedback, take responsibility, and make a genuine effort to improve. Because of how professionally they handled the situation, I am updating my review and look forward to returning.

Original feedback: Used to come here all the time and always had a great experience. Before driving over, I called and was told reservations were not needed and that it was a quiet day. After driving 30 minutes, I arrived only to be told there was a 30-minute wait. To make matters worse, the two hosts seemed completely indifferent and showed little interest in helping or even acknowledging the inconvenience.

Unfortunately, this experience was extremely disappointing. After being a loyal customer for years, I can say I won’t be coming back.

We love the food! We did hibatchi the first time and regular dine in the second time and both were amazing! Sandy the manager was very kind and wants his guests to have a great experience.

I was visit by yesterday, and the service is very bad,I waiting for the long time and the server not coming to refill my drink.

First time eating any type of hibachi and I couldn't have found a better place. Atmosphere was great, food was good and our chef made for a very fun dinner. Definitely a treat!!

Sandy was very polite and did an amazing job helping us out. Just based off his service alone I will be coming back again. The food was very good as well.

Came here for my son’s birthday he had so much fun & our chef was amazing! 10/10 service! Everything we ordered was cooked and seasoned very well.
