I’ve lived near this sonic since 2007 and they have literally never gotten my order right, EVER. Today, I thought, it’s so hot and I could use a diet cherry limeade. There’s no way they can mess that up, right?
WRONG. They gave me what tasted like soda water with ZERO lime or cherry in there. Alas, it has been 13 years and they can’t get it right, why do I keep giving them chances? Drive the extra time to get your order right elsewhere

The drive thru employees are ridiculous!!! Took forever to give me my card back, messed up all 4 of our drinks! DIDN'T EVEN GREET US AND JUST SLAMMED THE WINDOW AFTER HANDING OVER OUR DRINKS. DON'T EVEN BOTHER AT THIS LOCATION GO TO THE NEXT!!!

Mobile car hop numbers dont work with app sometimes especially mobile pick up #14 but I've gone to this Sonic since I was a kid and they usually provide good food

There GM treats staff and other managers like crap. He constantly calls them on their days off to cover a shift because he doesn't plan ahead or if he needs a personal day. The guy makes more than everyone and still chooses to talk down to staff. It's probably why the company is having a hard time getting orders right. He doesn't treat staff like people just numbers to his paycheck. He barely gives them enough hours to actually make money which is messed up. Corporate should look into his behavior and how he handles his staff. Its absolutely deplorable in my professional opinion.

This location had a reputation when I was in high school(graduated 2011) for being the SLOWEST sonic around. We’ve been back a few times over the years and it was still slow. I was in the area today and decided to stop to see if anything has changed- ordered 2 small sodas, three corn dogs and a small order of mozzarella sticks- needless to say nothing has changed. Waited for 30 min while other cars came and went and finally asked for an update. I gave the benefit of the doubt that maybe they had to make a new batch of food but no, mozzarella sticks weren’t cooked all way(cheese was hard and lukewarm) and corn dogs were also lukewarm. Not coming back to this location again.

We were here at 11, waited for a while with the red button on, then they completely shut off the lights at 11:30. When we pressed the button again they stated “we’re closed” and hung up. Closing time was stated to be midnight, yet we were there at 11 and never were able to place an order. Please update the store times or refrain your employees from closing an hour early

I ordered a medium Lemon Berry Slush with added Blue Raspberry flavor and a Route 44 water. The slush didn’t appear to be made correctly…the server assured me the flavor was added in the middle, so I stirred it and gave it a try. Unsurprisingly, there wasn’t even a hint of Blue Raspberry.
I asked for a replacement and received a second cup that contained what appeared to be rotten fruit. When I opened the lid, without me having to say a word…the server immediately apologized and said he wasn’t the one who made the drink. I then asked for a refund, which he acknowledged before walking away. However, he returned shortly after with yet another drink and informed me that they don’t issue refunds.
At that point, I simply told him to have a good night and left. I don’t expect perfection from a fast food place, but basic customer service and getting my order right shouldn’t be too much to ask. This was only my second visit to this Sonic location on Baghdad Street in Cedar Park, and it will definitely be my last.
Hopefully others have a better experience than I did. Thankfully, I didn’t order any food this time.
Side Note: I wish I had gotten pictures however I was shocked of the audacity of them serving me rotten fruit 🤬
