One day the Leander location was closed so we went here. We actually now drive past the Leander location specifically to go to this one in Cedar Park off of Bagdad. You cannot get service like this many other places now days. Moses always makes sure we are taken care of. The rest of the staff is super friendly as well. Food is always fresh and hot. We never have quality issues. I refuse to go to any other sonic in the area. I will make the drive just for the service we receive.

Kid-friendliness: The customer service is impeccable. My son loves going here. Moses is super kind and courteous.

Food was great, service was great but my slushee was completely wrong. I asked for a blue raspberry slush, they asked if I wanted nerds and I said no. I get home and drink my slushee… there was no syrup, it was just ice and nerds????

It is a shame that I live right next to this sonic but have to go to the lakeline location. Never had a good experience here and orders are always messed up or missing something. Don't waste your time. Go to another sonic.

Sat there for 40 minutes. Never helped once. Understaffed. Under qualified and unprepared. Will never be back. Same story every time I go. Do yourless a favor and never show up here. Highly disappointed. Don’t know what a girls gotta do to get some service. 🤷‍♀️

Tried to go to the drive through. Ordered one medium slush. Sat in line for over 30 minutes with no help. While the workers were on their phones. Assuming they just forgot about me. Highly disappointed.

Third time I've been here, second time the red button expired and I left without interacting with the staff. This time it was me and 2 other cars. The car to might right got a bag of ice, the guy to my left gave up, and the cashier made eye contact with me on her way back in and still didn't answer the button.

Sat in the drive-through for 20 minutes and nobody answered, had to pull around and telling an employee that I was going back through the drive-through for them to answer the drive-through.

In the past times we've gone here, it hasn't been a great experience. The food would take long, making this fast food place a slow food shop. The food quality has changed from alright to, wth. And the staff usually has been annoying in taking our order. I don't understand why it takes 30 minutes to get food.

Ordered a bag of ice. Was brought to the car not tied unknowingly and when the car hip gave me the bag I was holding the bottom and when they let go of the top of the bag I ended up with half the bag in my lap and floor board. He did go in and have them make another bag and bring it out shortly tied three times this time. His only offer to help was paper towels.

35% chance your food is wrong, burned or the oil is bad/bitter. And by order wrong i dont mean like customizations incorrect, but like the meat is missing from your burger wrong

The car hops are really nice, don't know what's going on in the kitchen or with the management
