To begin with, I couldn't order through the app. I tried to register, but it said it wasn't possible. Then I ordered at the drive-thru, and the girl couldn't hear me well. They didn't give me my receipt, so I had to order more at the window with the girl directly, and it took forever to deliver my order.

Truly incompetent staff. Ordered a few times in person as well as through Door Dash and I don’t remember one time them including a spoon for the Shakes. You can’t drink it with a straw. Half the time they include a straw, the other half of the time there is nothing, never do they include napkins. What a joke. This is a consistent issue at most Sonics in the Austin Metro area for whatever reason. Truly poor management and owners not doing their job properly.

Who comes out and asks why it taking so long to order?!?! Making explain I was placing it on my phone…You take your time bringing it out why can’t a customer have time to order didn’t know it was a certain timeframe. You should be happy anyone is coming to your subpar establishment. It was the only thing open on the way i was going. Don’t often stop at sonic … Just reminded why….
to add it took 30 minutes for a jr burger, tots,fries, mozzarella sticks you could literally see the workers standing there doing nothing

I’ve lived near this sonic since 2007 and they have literally never gotten my order right, EVER. Today, I thought, it’s so hot and I could use a diet cherry limeade. There’s no way they can mess that up, right?

WRONG. They gave me what tasted like soda water with ZERO lime or cherry in there. Alas, it has been 13 years and they can’t get it right, why do I keep giving them chances? Drive the extra time to get your order right elsewhere

The drive thru employees are ridiculous!!! Took forever to give me my card back, messed up all 4 of our drinks! DIDN'T EVEN GREET US AND JUST SLAMMED THE WINDOW AFTER HANDING OVER OUR DRINKS. DON'T EVEN BOTHER AT THIS LOCATION GO TO THE NEXT!!!

There GM treats staff and other managers like crap. He constantly calls them on their days off to cover a shift because he doesn't plan ahead or if he needs a personal day. The guy makes more than everyone and still chooses to talk down to staff. It's probably why the company is having a hard time getting orders right. He doesn't treat staff like people just numbers to his paycheck. He barely gives them enough hours to actually make money which is messed up. Corporate should look into his behavior and how he handles his staff. Its absolutely deplorable in my professional opinion.
