We go here regularly for sushi and never have had a bad experience. The specialty rolls and sashimi are always amazing. The regular rolls are also very good and fresh. They always have a large selection of cocktails, mixed drinks, liquor, and wine. Service is always too notch as well.

Had a wonderful dinner at Soto and can't recommend it enough. The Japanese food was excellent from start to finish, fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. Everything we ordered was a highlight. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the service was attentive without being intrusive. A really lovely spot, and we'll definitely be back.

Food is consistently delicious every time. It would be nicer if the tables weren't so close to the next. It feels a bit claustrophobic and not enough privacy to enjoy your conversations. Service was great and our server was very attentive and accommodating.

I loved that they would bring out each of their non-roll dishes and explain the experience and how to eat it best. The flaming tuna (can't remember the name of the dish) was such a beautiful presentation experience! We enjoyed every piece of food delivered to us, and our waiter was incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind to us the entire time we were there. It was an amazing anniversary experience!

The food quality is just ok as the price of range. The environment was nice, but why the kitchen staff talking so loud and they were not even talking about work,more likely fooling around. I would not recommend that to setting by the sushi bar as the kitchen staff being noisy .

I was in town for appointments and my birthday, and I was staying with a friend in Cedar Park. I wanted Japanese small bites, so we decided to try Soto. What a hidden gem! Everything was delicious! I especially enjoyed the Garlic Super White and soft shell crab tempura. And the truffle edamame was amazing! I could have eaten several servings of that edamame. My friend liked the karage chicken and jalapeño salmon. Our waiter was fabulous and made me feel very special when I told him it was my birthday. He gifted me a tasty tiramisu dessert. I’m sure we will go back when I visit again. A lovely meal!

The service, atmosphere, and cleanliness were all excellent. The only downside was the overpriced menu. I tried two sushi rolls—the California Roll and the Crunchy Salmon Roll. Compared to other sushi restaurants, the rolls were smaller and contained fewer pieces, which did not justify the price. Unfortunately, I do not feel the experience was worth the cost, and I would not return.
