Jackie at the Cypress Creek Location was super happy to push my Mom and I out the door the minute it was 9pm and they closed. We asked if we could finish our coffee and then leave, and she stated it was policy she must lock the door at 9 and we must go. She was super unfriendly and rude and kept saying, it’s policy, no you can’t stay. Clearly she wanted to leave and wasn’t worried about the customer...read full review
