I walked up with a smile the barista Ace was on her phone ignored me the entire time. I asked if I could order she said she was making an order . I apologized and for interrupting. And continued to wait. I’m talking with a lady about my dog and she takes the other woman’s order. I then asked if she was ready to take my order and she continued to stare at me blankly. I told her a smile and good customer service would be nice she forced a smile and turned away blankly. As I’m filling out this form she asked if she could do any thing else and I politely told her continue with what you were doing. I’ve never had a bad experience at a Starbucks and I really don’t even want the coffee. I’ll pitch it on the way out. I like my service and my coffee warm and inviting.

I work near this location and often buy coffee at three Starbucks nearby. It was at the Starbucks in Randalls that I ALWAYS got the coffee that wasn't what I was expecting for the two years that I periodically bought it. Americano tastes like plain boiling water. In a flat white, they also don’t add espresso and make a big thick crema! I started asking for more shots! And it still tastes disgusting! I honestly don't understand why this Starbucks is still in business! Do people really not care what they drink? I repeat, this is not just one visit to this Starbucks. This is a systematic visit. that is, I carried out an analysis.
All Starbucks are way too high priced and do not have a good service reputation nationwide. The products they serve can be found at many other places and for much better service and prices.

Woman was training a new employee and took her mask off while talking to her, then put it back on and had her nose exposed while making my drink. Not following CDC guidelines for COVID. I didn't feel safe drinking my drink and just threw it out.

there was an older lady working and refused to make the drink i’ve ordered practically every morning just at a different location. So I will DEFINITELY not return to this starbucks.

Absolutely ridiculous. I stopped to get something and the barista completely ignored me due to talking with what looked to be a friend. Didn't even bother to acknowledge I was there.

Apparently my review got removed last night! Awesome, Starbucks! Jackie at the Cypress Creek Location was super happy to push my Mom and I out the door the minute it was 9pm and they closed. We asked if we could finish our coffee and then leave, and she stated it was policy she must lock the door at 9 and we must go. She was super unfriendly and rude and kept saying, it’s policy, no you can’t stay. Clearly she wanted to leave and wasn’t worried about the customer experience. Reminded me why I’ll never be back to Starbucks and I’ll always choose LOCAL coffee places over it! So disappointed!
OH NOW STARBUCKS CHARGES 30 CENTS FOR ICE WATER....YALL MAKING IT REAL EASY TO WALK AWAY....PLEASE AS A LOYAL CUSTOMER I WISH I MIGHT PAY FOR ICE WATER!!! DONT GO HERE THEY ARE RUDE AND DONT KNOW HOW TO FIX DRINKS.
