This is one of the best Starbucks around! Stopped in the drive thru at 8:15am on a Friday and the line was quite long. I expected the wait to take a while, but it went by extremely quickly! In less than 5min I was greeted by the always friendly manager, Valerie, and had my perfectly crafted beverage. I will always stop by this Starbucks whenever I'm in the area.

This Starbucks on New Hope and Baghdad never disappoints. I will drive out of my way to this location. The coffee is just better and every person at the drive through has been incredibly polite and always smiles. Definitely recommend this location

Love this location. They have the best ice. I think all Starbucks will be getting the new ice. Its a tad bit bigger than Sonic ice, and much smaller than the cube ice - they look like round chips. When I go to this location, Piper is usually working the window. Great location and not in a busy area. It is very packed on Sundays - right after church.

Sunday Angel
Somebody didn't close our drink properly. It spilled all over our baby that I was holding and it spilled everywhere in our car. My clothes and the baby's clothes got messed up, too. Fortunately, this was a COLD drink and our baby was just shocked. A nurse that was also getting a drink, checked our baby really quick and everything was fine, fortunately! As we drove by the next day, they remade it for us, but honestly, we expected something different. We try to avoid this location, even we live close by, because the costumer service is not what we expect at Starbucks. The employees don't know the menu and seem to be annoyed or disappointed by their customers. That day, we were food shopping close by and thought we might give them another chance and this happened.
Good location and well maintained facility. Food on par for Starbucks standards. Terrible service and one of the unfriendliest staff ever experienced. Wish they improve and treat their customers reasonably well

It’s probably not too complicated for them but it’s complicated enough for me because I order it in the app so I don’t have to say it out loud.
