My mobile order was ready when I arrived and was prepared just like I requested. The baristas I interacted with were friendly. The store was clean and very easy to relax and enjoy my breakfast in.

I feel the customer service here is getting worse and worse. I wonder if they train their staff? I paid for a drink but I got a bad attitude and the drink was mixed carelessly and incorrectly. I am a regular customer here, I come here because of the nice location but sadly the service is so bad.

The layout of this building is nice, good customer service and clean waiting area. They are Always quick with your order! Location is good too although I think the drive thru is oddly placed. Overall good experience.

The staff are friendly, welcoming, and courteous to a fault. Often its hard to find a calm place to relax or just concentrate on your own anymore, but the atmosphere is peaceful and comfortable. I often go to read on my lunch, sitting in the outside area where you can hear church/school bells, kids playing, and birds chirping, watching clouds off into the distance. Definately a good place to take you out of your office mindset, if you need that moment away from the sad box full of numbers. Would definately suggest.

Coffee is always wrong and I asked for an everything bagel and it was not the right one. There has been many occasions where I have to ask to get them to remake my coffee. Will not be returning

This is one of the best Starbucks around! Stopped in the drive thru at 8:15am on a Friday and the line was quite long. I expected the wait to take a while, but it went by extremely quickly! In less than 5min I was greeted by the always friendly manager, Valerie, and had my perfectly crafted beverage. I will always stop by this Starbucks whenever I'm in the area.
