Amazing food and ambience! The Oysters were a hit! So meaty and a perfect clean taste! We were there to celebrate a birthday and it was just the perfect dinner outing for a seafood fan! Thank you Sweetwater Oyster Bar for a great experience and an enjoyable meal! We'll definitely come back to enjoy for more!

Waited for 1 hour for dinner after ordering. Paid full price $50 for salmon meal when it was basic no diary no cheese. The meal was so basic and charged as if all the extras was on.

Always outstanding service and food. Sweetwater Oyster Bar is my go to for a classy quiet evening with special friends.

My husband had the scallops and branzino, and I had the salmon. We enjoyed every bite. We've dined here twice now, both times excellent. Sweetwater is one of our favorites now, and in our opinion, the best seafood in the area.

Really enjoy having dinner here! This trip we split a Crab Louie Salad (it's BIG), had the delicious Crab Cake and the Chorizo Mussels. The crab cake was basically all crab and little other filler, which is what you want in a crab cake. The mussels with chorizo and jalapeno were perfectly spicy, tasty and the broth was absolutely superb. Great service sitting at the bar from Elbert. Recommend the Lemon Basil Martini! Enjoy!

Food and service were amazing! I had the branzino for my entre that was scrumptious! I also loved the happy hour drinks and shrimp cocktail. So nice to have a fabulous seafood restaurant out in Cedar Park!

I love this place. Think they had a rough night, took about 45 minutes just to get mussels and crabcake out, wanted to get a couple of drinks but server was stretched thin. I think they were short staffed that day. Mussels were good. Was a little warm inside as well, just an off day seems like.

This may be craziest restaurant I’ve ever been to in terms of money spent to food quality/quantity ratio. The attached photo was 29 dollars. Two of us left HUNGRY and our bill 105 dollars.

Nice surroundings. Good service. If you're not a seafood fan, there are a few non fishy menu options available. If you do enjoy seafood, unlike me, everyone at the table was quite pleased with their seafood.

Do not eat seafood here ever! Obviously, it’s hit or miss when oyster deliveries arrive, but I had some strange oysters. They didn’t taste normal but they were a different kind and after sauce and horseradish it was hard to tell at first. The ambience is so nice it builds trust. I had eight and it was the only thing I had that afternoon and I went home about half an hour 45 minutes about thereabouts something was off. I proceeded to get sick and sicker throughout the night. I called the restaurant right away as a courtesy to other guests to warn them, but no one answers the phone and there’s no voicemail. I courteously reached out via email and I literally just heard back from them today. This is about three weeks later… It was a super rude email, gaslighting, saying that they’ve never had a problem and no one else complains. So I told them, well I gave you your chance. I gave you your chance to answer the phone you didn’t, and then you didn’t refund my card. So unprofessional. So here is my post. Beware.

Heard some negative reviews from friends but our two experiences have been 10 out of 10. The oyster variety was great, the freshness was top shelf and the service was excellent. We had Elbert as our server the first time and he was spectacular on our second time Elbert was the bartender and showed us love while still being busy with other guest and he remembered us from our first time dinning. Jake was our server the second time and he is brilliant great attitude and fantastic service. Came for my Birthday and they made it special. God Bless this great restaurant!
