Tiff's Treats Cookie Delivery

Popped in for some cookies. Think its easy? No. Get charged twice. Wait a few days for the amount to post. Then email corporate to get a refund back. Something odd is going on. Way too much work to be doing this for some cookies. I wont be going back.

Went in for some cookies today, and with a special request for macadamia nut cookies by my 91 year old grandmother! The sweet woman who was working the counter made the great suggestion for the similar white chip almond. Grandma gave the warm white chip almond a 10/10.

Ordered with Uber, 1 1/2 hour later we called the store to ask and the lady said they are delivering, not Uber because is to close to the store(Uber charges delivery and fees; delivery come and ice cream is melted and cookies taste like dog food. $35 to trash

Tiff's Treats App is very user friendly! It even lets you know, while you are ordering for pick up, the available pick up times if you are taking too long ??. I appreciate they realize the dilemma we encounter when trying to make a decision when, literally, everything on the menu is delicious ?. Their holiday menu options are always delightful as well. Oh, Tiff's Treats coupons actually make the difference you need to stay on a budget PLUS they offer even more discounts and coupons maximizing your savings when ordering! I have been extremely impressed with their customer support both online and in person every time as well. I was impressed that during such a busy time of year there was nothing that fell short or left me feeling like more could have been done!

Parking: They have reserved spots for pickup in front of the building. There are also more easily accessible parking spots during the busier times of day or season.

Cookies always warm and fresh. Usually I order delivery which are always on time. This time, I walked in and ordered to go and was just as good of an experience.

The cookies are great don't get me wrong but the fact that you cant really customize your order is why I won't be returning. I was really hoping to be able to get everyone in my group a cookie of their choice but when you order you only get a choice of a half dozen per flavor minimum... Just seems like a huge oversight given ALL the other cookie places you can pick what you want in your order.
