Their new ice cream sandwich is delicious & looks just like the ads! Super cute! The ice cream scoop in-house is really cute. Adds to the warm cookie experience. Great spot to continue to stop in for a quick snack, and of course order online for family, friends & co-workers! Friendly staff

First time ordering, and the cookies were warm, fresh, and delicious! Will definitely order again.

The cookies are delicious but miss leading i bought a cookie pie for a birthday thinking it was gonna be a large cookie pie size... it was it was just a bigger size cookie for a bigger size price. It did come with 2 frostings but not very unique or personal. And i picked it up 1st thing as they opened and that seemed to really bug the employee because she tested me like she was def doing me a favor no smoke no friendly no customer service at all. Won't be going back. Sadly

I have ordered cookies at times to be delivered and they were always delivered in a timely
fashion,also have dropped by and picked up some to take to friends always pleased with
with their assortment.

Delivery policy needs to be thought through. Someone ordered us chocolate chip cookies as a surprise. We noticed them on the doorstep 6 hours after they were delivered in the pastry box, no bag, completely infested with ants.

Seems like an easy fix would be requiring the recipient’s phone number to make contact or bringing the item back to the store.

Amazing place but the delivery policy is a bit half-baked.

Popped in for some cookies. Think its easy? No. Get charged twice. Wait a few days for the amount to post. Then email corporate to get a refund back. Something odd is going on. Way too much work to be doing this for some cookies. I wont be going back.

Went in for some cookies today, and with a special request for macadamia nut cookies by my 91 year old grandmother! The sweet woman who was working the counter made the great suggestion for the similar white chip almond. Grandma gave the warm white chip almond a 10/10.
