According to the worker, only regulars get treated with some small amount of politeness. Don't dare stand at the counter if there is a regular in the store. I certainly will never be a regular at that store.

Service was absolutely horrible and the person up front doesn't need to be in the job. I just turned 21 last Saturday and she expected me to have a brand new license that was sideways and didn't even scan it to verify it was good and said it was "expired" my ID expires in "2029". I then go down the road to the same company and a absolutely better store overall. They then say that is "ridiculous" and was asking for the employers name. Will anything come out of this, probably not. But obviously she is a tyrant of the store and makes up her own laws. Will not be returning and should realize it's definitely a problem and needs to be retrained. Just turned 21 and won't ever be returning to this liquor store, shows how bad my experience was. Better services will be found anywhere else.

I love the one off 183 but I don't get why they keep saying they don't have certain things available but they do at this store.... Anyway.. that's fine but this is my first time at this store and it smelled like someone crapped their pants and then the store didn't know how to diffuse the stench, so they sprayed some nasty perfume and lit a candle. It was overwhelmingly disgusting. So much so that I forgot to buy shots. The girls at the counter were very sweet... I hate to make a fuss about the way it smelled. If someone can explain it or tell me it's not normally that way. I will add a star.

This is one of the friendliest stores I have ever been to, they usually recognize me (even with my required face mask, which they have posted as needed on the doorway) and have great recommendations for things I'll like. Keep up the good work guys!!

Went in for a bottle of my favorite rum on Saturday the 27th. I wasn't wearing a face mask and was informed that I could not purchase without one. Well the person on duty would not offer to get my potential purchase for me so I then informed him that I had no problem with that. Spec's will now receive the 150.00 per month that goes into my home bar. Doing business this way will not gain you customers.
Very nice and friendly service and very reasonable prices.

I will now be sure to travel the extra 4 miles to go to the one by my grocery. This place could care less about their customers. I'm a regular purchaser of 2 types of liquor and have always come here due to convenience. The lady up front has never been pleasant, won't acknowledge you when you come in or thank you for the business. The other employee I've passed in the store multiple times offers no help if I happen to be looking at something different. Both people seem so miserable to even be at work and IT SHOWS! Where is good old fashioned customer service? Amazing that a small business like this even stays open these days. I'll be spending my weekly 50 bucks elsewhere.
