The staff is super rude.

Got pepperoni pizza and it was awful. You can tell they combine slices from who knows when and serve the oldest slices first to cut costs, always the sign of a thriving Italian restaurant: can’t get the pizza right. Just not good or fresh at all and a bit pricey

Juan, Juanita and Pedro have always been amazingly kind every time I stop by. Love that place!

My italian grandmother was very upset after taking her here, I went to go pick up spaghetti for her and she states that the sauce is 90% oil and 10% tomatoes, and she showed me pouring out the oil and this is what was left...

The chicken Stromboli was cold and bland. Thier marinara sauce was bland and the pineapple pizza huge which wouldn't be a problem if it was actually warm. The food is under a warmer so I guess I should of known better.

Outrageously expensive for old pizza at the mall.

Kid-friendliness: The kid menu offers pasta, a small drink and a cookie for like $8... Least expensive meal to get.

If I could give 0 stars I would, very rude staff that overcharge your card by adding extra items on the bill you didn’t ask for then don’t apologize when you ask for the money to be put back on the card they just talk amongst each other in Spanish and be rude to you when you try to confirm the rest of the charges are correct seeing that they already messed up the first time a simple “I apologize let me fix this for you” would’ve sufficed. I’ll be calling corporate and BBB.

Great food for a great price! Amazing customer service ALWAYS. Recommend to fellow mall employees looking for a bite to eat on break.

Customer service was really good! They told us what everything was and they were super nice! And I ate some of the best lasagna I've ever had!

NOT GOOD! The pasta was terrible. The bread was the best part of the meal & it was even a little underbaked. ??The dude thought giving me a paper plate for a to-go order was a good idea.. newsflash, it's not!
