Unfortunately this Zaxby location was the first time & the last time I will try something new & different from my usual Texas chicken house(church's). The Service was nice & polite at the drive thru but after spending in excess of 50.00 dollars(never go somewhere new starving with your significant other). Ordered online... went there and it's as if they had no idea what online ordering is. Then they are asking me all these questions as if they were asking me to order again. Had to wait 30 more minutes to get food i placed 20 minutes before I arrived. When I got the food, both sandwiches were falling apart as if they just slapped something together. We have tried to remain loyal customers to this restaurant but they have made it impossible. After using the drive-through for over a year because the lobby was closed due to Covid they re-opened and then turned around and decided to post to note that they're only going to be open Monday through Thursday in the lobby.
